Had a restyle done by Chloe, it's the best my hair has looked in years! She managed to fix 2 lockdown haircuts and a fringe I did myself. I'm so happy with the results and can't thank her enough, will definitely be coming back!

I switched hairdressers just under a year ago now to La Beaute as I wanted a local hairdresser who listened to what I wanted but were fair on telling me what is achievable and would suit me. It was the best change I ever made, Lauren and the team made me feel welcome from the offset and always do on every visit. Even during these troubling times they have made every effort to make the salon safe so it is worry free whilst you get your hair done, and even though it has been tough for them all they always have smiles on their faces and are so professional, friendly and so enthusiastic to be back working. My hair always looks amazing when I leave and I haven't once been worried on how it will turn out as Lauren is amazing at what she does (whereas I have walked out of other hairdressers crying before!) My hair is my crown and if that looks good I feel good and I just want to say thank you so much La Beaute for being the best!

Brilliant,polite , professional I had my hair treatment (perm , cut). I have never had a perm before, they explained it all to me and helped me make decisions on styles and length . They made me feel welcome, the salon was clean and quiet and there was no delays . I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point during my visit. I booked my appointment on Facebook , it was easy and they once again gave me all the appropriate information for me to make a decision on a style . I will defo be returning to have my hair treatment. Lauren done my last appointment , Lauren done a brilliant job and once again was very professional yet very relaxing, it makes you feel like a friend rather than a client and for me that was what I hoped for as this was my first visit

I was in need of a new hairdresser and chose this salon because of their good reviews. I was assigned Tash as my hairdresser and I’m truly delighted . The prices are very competitive. She cuts my hair how I want it, suggests new ideas and has a lovely personality. All the staff give a great welcome which is so important . Worth 10 stars!!!

I have been coming to La Beaute for many years and have a weekly appointment. Carly and the rest of the girls are all amazing and professional and I would recommend their services to anyone. This week I had my roots retouched and a lovely bouncy blow dry. Despite Covid restrictions and having to wear a mask , we still manage to have a good chat and a laugh and I regard them all as good friends as well as stylists.

Can’t recommend enough!Have been going to this salon for 2 years now for my colouring and rapture hair extensions and just perfect. Usually see Tasha but all the girls are lovely and friendly and their knowledge of colouring is amazing (finally got the redness under control!). I’ve been visiting La Beaute for my hair appointments since moving to Swindon over 3 years ago and every time I have left the salon feeling refreshed, relaxed and happy with my hair whether it’s been a cut, blow dry, colour or hair up - I’ve had them all! I’m also someone who is ridiculously indecisive when it comes to my hair and the team have always been so patient, even when I’ve spent ages talking about a new style to then decide I don’t want to change anything, it’s never a problem! My first impression of the salon was the nice vibe you feel when you walk in; Carly, Tash & Lauren are 3 of the nicest girls you could meet. In the past I’ve often walked in to salons and found quite a frosty atmosphere but at La Beaute it’s nothing but friendly and has you feeling like you’ve known them for years.

This was my first visit to this salon. I went for a consultation and was very impressed, this included a patch test but Natasha also took a few strands of hair to test the colours on to prevent a reaction. I’m now looking forward to the actual appointment and have no concerns with regards to PPE.

Absolutely in love with my hair cut from La Beauté! I have just attended the new Wichelstowe salon on opening day, it's beautiful. The service was impeccable, covid precautions in place, and plenty of room for social distancing. I received a lovely cut from Junior Stylist Lucy which was double checked by Carly, so I felt in very safe hands with both stylists. It's perfect, just what I wanted, better in fact, thank you so much!

I chose it because I could clearly see from their website and Instagram that they were professional, but also importantly now, really taking Covid management seriously. Carly has been my hairstylist for many years, and I value her so much I now travel from Reading every 6 weeks to see her. So much has changed over the years....different salons, getting engaged, married, having children (Carly) moving to Reading (me) but the friendliness, professionalism and genuine care has never changed. Tash looked after me so well whilst Carly was on mat leave too. My appointment yesterday was my second since lockdown was eased, and it was great to see the team again. They are all so courteous and seem genuinely pleased to be there! Chloe did a fabulous job with my Brazilian blow dry too.
