Marissa knows exactly what style will suit! She will often style my hair after a cut n blow dry, I let her do whatever she pleases! She enjoys being creative and I enjoy seeing the result and I’m NEVER disappointed!! She is fabulous!! In fact all staff are always polite and helpful! I can’t speak for their hair dressing but I doubt they’d be working for Marisa if they weren’t any good!!!

I am a Hairdresser, who make the worst clients. Cary was great. She listened to everything i wanted and checked in all the way through to make sure i was happy and she knows how to razor cut, which is so rare. A month on, my hair is still looking good. 😀

Absolutely amazing salon! The team at Mercer Hair are always friendly, polite and professional. They all know their stuff and make me feel a million dollars! I've been visiting Mercer Hair since they opened and have referred numerous family and friends to them too - all now regular clients because their work is always to notch, using best products and techniques because of always training and updating their skills....I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

I cannot recommend Tiffany at Mercer Hair highly enough. She's been doing my hair for nearly 2 years now and nails it every time, I am almost reluctant to say how good she is for fear of doing myself out of future appointments. She understands what I want, knows what does and doesn't suit me and is a master with cut and colour. I've recommended her to a friend and she now also comes and has her hair done by Tiff, and she also cuts her kid's hair. The wider team at Mercer are lovely too, always warm and friendly and make a killer cup of tea. Thanks again all and keep up the good work (and don't book up all your appointments Tiff!).
