Well what can I say... phoned on the off chance and they fit me in to my convenience, the massage chair was an amazing touch, the service was impeccable, the ladies were so friendly helpful and incredible at their job, the salon is gorgeous warm and welcoming, I loved every second of my whole experience I can’t wait to go back again! My hair colour and cut is perfection I love it! Thank you guys

Wow what a great salon.... Thank you ladies... after what has been a very stressful year for me i needed a bit of pampering and i defiantly picked the right place to go. Upbeat friendly staff with a really homely feel to the place.. You just feel your at a friends having a pamper party. Thank you all so much for making me feel like a happy lady again. A truly great experience and my hair and nails look amazing everybody i know has commented on how much more vibrant i look.

My friend went in for a wedding hair trial on the Saturday morning (she was getting married on the Monday ) and she was in bits because her hairdresser at home (in Kent) had messed up her hair.. And she walked into the salon nearly in tears, Sammie instantly made her feel at ease and immediately we all felt confident that we were in good hands. They cancelled a whole days worth of regular and local clients so they could focus solely on the Bride to be, they fixed her hair to a point that it was better than she even initially wanted and made her feel comfortable and confident .They then did her eyebrows and eyelashes, before continuing with her hair and make-up trial. The makeup artist made adjustments to the make-up as needed and managed to get a tricky vision to come alive in the best way possible. They did a wonderful job and the Bride to be left transformed as a different woman who was glowing and ready to be a bride . They were amazing when they came over the morning of the wedding too, helping not only the bride but assisting bridesmaids and anyone else who needed help with dresses, accessories etc. Genuinely lovely and compassionate ladies who helped in every single way they possibly could despite knowing we wouldn't be able to return as loyal customers. They were incredible and true heroes of the wedding, with such reasonable prices.. we walked into the salon with one bride on the edge and three very stressed members of the bridal party and we walked out with a glowing bride-to-be and three very relieved ladies of the bridal party. Thank you so much xxxx

I have been having my hair cut here for years and didn't realise they had a Google page until today!! As I always get a great cut and perfect service I thought I should write a review. (Before I wrote it I read the others reviews and noticed that there is a bad review. I was quite surprised as I have never heard anyone say anything other than good things. I suspected they might be a troll so checked out their other reviews... all 1 star complaints. I guess he/she doesn't like much :) Beware the trolls!!!) Anyway as for me - been to all the local salons and none compare to the atmosphere here, the decor is very cool and you will have fun while being pampered.

I have been going to Hair and Beauty now for over 4 years and I most certainly have no complaints they are amazing (my hair has a mind of its own) my late mum had breast cancer along with dementia and these ladies were truly wonderful with her, couldn't recommend them enough, they always go that extra mile 👍👍
