I've been going to Saks Warrington for a number of years for various treatments. It's like a family in there - the staff are wonderful and truly have a strong team spirit. They all make every client feel so welcome and cared for. Today I had my hair done by Roula and oh.my.god!! She is amazing! She got the colour exactly how I wanted it and finished my look with a cut and gorgeous blow dry. Compliments galore! Leyton has done my hair previously and he is super fab too. I go to see Carolyn for facials and eyebrows and she works her magic on my skin. I strongly recommend this salon to anyone who is either - in need of a pick me up / get totally glammed up or simply wants a regular treatment.

I had a back massage exfoliation body treatment and facial as a birthday gift. Carolyn the therapist was so friendly and caring. She quickly discovered knots in my back muscles which had been painful for weeks and already I feel great. Well worth the money!

Over the years l've been lucky enough to enjoy many spa treatments/spa days. However, my favourite treatment is always a Hot Stone Massage and in my view the very best has been at Saks. Its not the cheapest treatment but it's well worth the money. I had my last one when l had been over enthusiastic in the garden and boy did it make me feel better. Can't wait for my next one!

Let me start by saying that I really appreciate being pampered, and I find a spa with a wide range of services to be the ideal kind of place for a pampering. Sometimes in life you need a little time to yourself. And some of those times you need looking after. Saks Warrington certainly know how to help you make the most of your time. It was my own mother who recommended I try here after never being quite satisfied with previous experiences elsewhere. I go on my own, with my long-suffering other half, my mother and friends. Every time is just as good. From the time of choosing from such a wide range of treatments available to many hours after leaving the spa & salon, you are extremely well looked after. The team take the time to help you choose what treatment will suit you, and not just the most expensive. They really take the time to listen and understand what it is that you are looking to achieve out of a treatment or succession of treatments. The booking experience whether in person, on the phone or online is efficient and self-explanatory, and the reassurance you get from the spa being part of such a fantastic brand that uses such premium and well-respected products is most welcome and comforting. The treatments themselves, and I have experienced a broad range of them at this particular spa & salon, are executed as well as if not better than anywhere else I have been, and please do not under-estimate my sincerity in saying so. From quick facials to longer multi-treatment sessions including pampering packages, massages, manicures, the delivery is exceptional. The knowledge and care makes me feel special, and comfortable. I am a little body-conscious, but the professionalism and sincerity of the team here makes me feel special. After all, it is time for myself that I am treating myself to! And as for the new 3D body contouring/lipo. It genuinely makes a difference. Your shape is altered and it tones very specific areas that the team target. I'm obviously only talking on a smaller scale, and it doesn't make up for excess chocolate & bubbles, but it makes you FEEL amazing. It really gives you a confidence boost. Pricing is always going to be a sore subject, and while you can get voucher deals for different places, Saks Warrington genuinely know what they are doing. Caroline (the owner I think) is by far the best beautician that I have ever had, and is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Even if you just pop in for something small like tan, nails or a style, it's more than worth it. So it isn't like a hotel spa with a £5bn budget, mood-lighting and a team of people wandering round handing you virgin lambs wool blankets and sprinkling you with organic green tea every other footstep, but I find the lack of pretense a real draw. Turn up, enjoy, leave. No standing on ceremony. Clean, modern and well-presented. You have to spend a serious amount more just for pebble bubble fountains and irritating panpipe music... PLEASE PLEASE go and give these wonderful folk a try. You seriously won't regret it.

Had an amazing time at the Saks salon today. The principal stylist Chris worked wonders with my hair, it’s been so dry and damaged this last year. He put a smart bond treatment on my hair and now I have the hair of a 25 year old again!!

Second visit to Saks Warrington , had a spray tan only £20 so pleased with the results and the tan was flawless it lasted whole week 😄 The staff all seemed very friendly can't wait to book in again . Just seen the amazing offer for Mother's Day .
