I needed my hair done. Just wash and blow-dry. It was very important ocation. So I looked around and after so many different places I just stopped my look on RUSH. Booked with guy called Andrei. Wow what an amazing hairdresser. He moved to Watford branch not long ago. And what an amazing job he did. I can see that he loves what he does. Thank you so much Andrei. Highly recommend. Very affordable price. I feel like he should charge more for his job. Thank you so much. Will be back.

Paulina was absolutely amazing, the whole salon was lovely. Sometimes when you walk into a hairdressers for the first time it’s very awkward, this wasn’t the case at all and all the staff were warm and friendly. I've been getting my hair cut here for about the past three or four years and always been very happy with the service. The staff are all friendly, the salon is clean, and prior to the pandemic I was always provided with a complementary beverage. This isn't the cheapest place to get a haircut but there are a range of price points, depending on the experience level of your hairdresser. I have always chosen a Consultant and have been extremely satisfied with both cuts and colour services. The toilet is clean, your coat is stored safely in a cupboard at reception for you, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. All in all, a good choice.

I’ve had highlights/balayage done many time before and the finished product has never quite looked how I wanted it to. However, going to Rush changed all of that. My hair colour was beautiful. They listened to exactly what I wanted and managed my expectations over what was realistic given my natural tones etc. Honestly, this was the best my hair has ever looked. If you want your hair coloured/bleached, I would absolutely recommend you book in with Daryl! I’m sure the rest of the team are great, but I had really positive experience with Daryl.

Andrè provided me with a brilliant toner, haircut and blowdry. He is extremely accurate and takes the time to perfect a service. He is also very knowledgeable about how hair should be coloured. He was very careful with my hair and gentle when blowdrying it. He is friendly and polite, taking time to understand the customer. My first hair appointment was definitely one to remember. I had Katy doing my hair and she did a brilliant job. It was a difficult job, not your usual balayage, she had to highlight and colour inbetween because it was such a mess however she made it work and it looks amazing. She advised me on what she think would suit me and what would help me have healthy hair and wasn't pushy at all when recommending products. I cannot thank her enough x

I've been coming to Rush for just over 2 years now, and Martin has been my stylist for most of it. He is such a genuinely lovely person who I feel I can trust to do a brilliant job with my hair. I always leave there feeling super confident with how my hair looks and I have never had a bad haircut from him or any other stylist there. Had a haircut this morning with Katy and received great customer service was welcomed politely and offered a drink. Discussed what it was required that I wanted it shorter as will be having an operation and won't be able to lean over to was my hair and had a toner colour put on also. Very happy with my hair and the service received and also the products I was able to buy to help thicken my hair. It's been such a pleasant visit!! Very nice salon and everyone is so helpful. My stylist Ramona did amazing job, she is so caring and done everything to please with requests. Love the new salon. Staff really friendly and attentive. Popped into Rush last year for the first time on the off chance of a quick wash and blow dry and loved the way Taylor did my hair. Great new location (lots of natural light and the salon feels far more spacious). I visited recently for a repeat appointment with Taylor. She is a super friendly and conversational lady and she always manages to give me a great hair cut. Taylor suggests new styles I would never normally be brave enough to try thanks to her knowledge and experience in understanding what cuts work for each individual. I always leave feeling reinvented! I highly recommend ;)

Been taking my daughter there for a over a year now. Her hair was in a very bad stat and needed regular cuts to get back into shape and style. Staff are very professional booked appointments 6 weeks prior got a text as a reminder also call. She had the same hairdresser throughout Amy. Excellent. Martin had been doing my hair for about two years and I was always happy with my hair and received many compliments. However, for personal reasons I have been unable to go to Rush at Watford for nearly a year. During that time my hair has just been a complete mess with local hairdressers ( I live in Borehamwood) just making it worse. Today I was finally able to go back to Rush and was warmly greeted by Martin who gave my hair a brilliant cut and Brazilian blow-dry. I came home from the salon feeling really great. All the staff are really friendly and Martin is an excellent hairdresser who I know I can trust to make me look good.

I hate going to the hairdressers because of previous awful experiences so I was really nervous about going to rush to get my hair highlighted but what a waste of nerves! I absolutely love my hair, it's such a beautiful colour and it feels and smells amazing. I haven't kept away from the mirror since I left the hairdressers, four hours ago, it looks sooo cute! Paulina was my stylist and her customer services were exceptional! She explained everything in depth before she put the colour on my hair and checked to make sure I felt comfortable before she started. Being local to the area, I needed to get my hair cut. After putting it off I decided it was time to go get my hair cut - I rang Rush who advised that if I could be in the hairdressers within 25 minutes I could have a hair cut now. So I went down and was greeted by Taylor. Taylor honestly has done an incredible job with my hair, it's not easy to cut and shows scissor marks easily! She asked me what I normally had, we had some banter and agreed to try some new things and see how they go. My hair is amazing, i'm over the moon with it. The small talk was real and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Coming into the Salon today was the highlight of my day! Thank you so much Taylor!

Never had my hair fully dyed before, only had highlights before. I explained what I was looking for and I was give some options and detailed reasons as to which one would work best. Was really happy with the job and overall experience, really jolly atmosphere and really enjoy going here and have been back a few times. Only issue I have is both times I’ve been it hasn’t been as clean as I would expect, but dusty, hair that hasn’t been swept up. But that shouldn’t fault an otherwise great store.

Went in this evening for a completely new look, I was a little apprehensive about what I had chosen for the stylist, but I was mega excited and so was he, there was small talk exchanged that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, but what was the overall selling point was how after all my nerves about this haircut I was given the hairstyle that has completely changed the way I look at myself. They are such a lovely team and I’d be more than happy to go back again and again! Thank you so much!!

Had my hair done by Katy. She did an amazing job. I had a balayage done the previous day in another hairdresser and it looked terrible but Katy managed to correct it and it looks great now. The salon is clean ans spacious. It is a bit pricy and receptionist should be slightly more welcoming hence why only 4 stars. But l would definitely recommend this hairdresser

I was visiting a friend in Watford and on a whim decided I wanted to chop off most of my long hair. She recommended we go to this hairdresser so we walked in around lunch time and I was able to be seen on the spot. Waited only 2 minutes before I was whisked away to get my hair washed. The place is pretty upscale, so I paid a pretty penny for what was otherwise a very standard haircut -- I went from lower back long hair to shoulder length. It didn't take the hairdresser very long to give me the haircut I wanted so when I was told it would cost me £55 my heart stopped for a moment. My usual hairdresser back at home would have charged me £30, but then again it's not as fancy as Rush. The hairdresser didn't speak to me much which -- this may seem odd -- but it was a huge bonus for me. I hate it when they force conversation when I'm having a hard enough time as it is trying to stay awake (people doing anything with my hair lulls me to sleep).

My hair was in a right mess from dying it at home and didn't expect it to be fixed in one appointment. Emma was my hairdresser and was so attentive and chatty and knew exactly what she was doing! I've been there today for a simple tips cut. I am only disappointed about the price. In my opinion £50 is too much for what I had. I was told that I paid more as I asked to have my hair properly dried (it took them 2 mins more) instead of accepting to leave it humid. Not sure I will return.

What an amazing place I visited in December 2018. I was there for about 2 hours and had the best haircut I’ve had in years. Place is decent, staff is friendly. However, men's haircuts are incredibly pricy IMO. The end result is fine, but when it costs £47 for a man's haircut, it isn't really justified. I've had slightly better for slightly cheaper at another top end salon.

Was very happy with my haircut that was done by Imogen. Only small criticism would be that my hair was washed over a very dirty basin which had left over hairdye residue.
