Had my hair coloured and cut here. My hair is pretty thick so it was quite a mission but Ellie did the best job and all the other girls also pitched in to help out! Cut was also fab and everyone was lovely the whole 5 or so hours that I was there. I've never had so many compliments!

This was my first time at U.D Hair & Beauty Lounge, I went on a recommendation from a friend and I wasn't disappointed at all. The team were very friendly & the salon had a nice chilled vibe, not intimidating like some. I felt very at ease and Fleur was great! She did an amazing job on my knotted mass of hair, I walked out feeling like a new woman! Oh and the tunes were right up my street, a massive bonus! It was my first visit to UD Salon, having been recommended by my family who have used it before, and I was quite nervous about it but I got welcomed very professionally by the hostess before Abby came and introduced herself. Obviously, it's a different experience to normal due to covid but I was put at ease. Abby listened to what I had in mind and then gave her ideas and talked me through what she was going to do. Today was my first visit to US Salon and from the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. Ellie who washed my hair, gave me the most amazing conditioning treatment and head massage! Abby made me feel at ease when faced with my unruly mass of hair which hadn’t been cut in over two years! I left the salon feeling like a million dollars with a new style I absolutely love! My 18 month old son has been here twice now and they are very good with him. He gets to sit in a toy car and play whilst having the haircut, the girls are very gentle with him and do great even when he is moving and looking around the room! Would definitely recommend to parents of young children!

This salon provides the best in hair care . The stylists are extremely experienced and provide excellent advice in choosing colours and styles . I have curly / frizzy hair and often hairdressers dont know how to cut it very well . The salon staff have always cut my hair to suit my frizzy hair .
