I've been to this salon twice now after moving to the area earlier this year. The first time I came here, I had a colour treatment by Jenny who listened to what I wanted and gave me a few options. I went with her suggestion and I'm glad I did - my colour still looks good 3 months later. I've also had a cut and style by Rhianna who again was very attentive and made recommendations based on my hair type. It turned out beautifully and I'm really happy with it. It's obvious these ladies are experts in their field, and I've found my new regular salon

I've just had highlights, root tint and cut by Hermione being trained by Ellie. It was great to hear the encouragement and support Ellie gave Hermione as well as Hermione doing a great job. Love this salon! Always get a very warm welcome and reception on arrival. The salon is lovely, and all the girls who work there are super friendly. Jenny has been cutting my hair for years and is amazing - she is super detailed and always likes to recommend new cuts or colours which I love as I'm so indecisive. I have my waxing done here and it is the best I've had anywhere. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a hair and beauty salon in Woking

Another excellent wash, blow dry and scissor haircut, Jenny is an amazing stylist and makes a fantastic job, clean edges, wonderfully layered and great style. Jenny is one of the best hairdressers I have ever known! I have had a lot of health related hair loss, very damaged and “stripy” hair as a consequence of using home dyes and had become despondent. After 2 visits Jenny has literally bought my hair back to life! I am now getting lots of comments on how great the cut and colour are! Jenny has been doing my eyelashes for about a year now and does a fab job! Knows what she’s doing and is a perfectionist. Would highly recommend. They are all lovely ladies who work there and you are well taken of from start to finish.

I had been to many barbers trying to find somebody that can cut my hair and hide my thinning. My wife suggested her salon.. naturally hesitant but I gave it a shot. A new and upcoming hairdressers which has a great atmosphere and you are looked after really well by the young ladies there. Women and Men are happily available, give them a call and get booked in and its in a really convenient location too. Their prices are really competitive too.

WOW! The full Salon Experience! Carter & Shields opened this week - Upon arrival we were welcomed by Elle & Jenny with open arms. They have a consultation area so they can discuss your personal needs and we were offered prosecco on arrival. Just WOW. Rihanna is their Apprentice Stylist and you'd think she'd been in the job for a long time - I had, without doubt, the most unbelievably relaxing head massage during my hair being washed. I left the salon feeling relaxed, special and with my next appointment secured in my diary. Thanks ladies!
