A brilliant salon, great customer service by Hina. It was a pleasure to have my hair done with her and I have now found a new home for my hair. Can’t thank her enough for the wonderful job she did and pleased to have found her and will continue to see her.

I didn’t have an appointment, just walked in and had my hair washed and styled by a ‘designer’ don’t know her name, young with pink hair. Very professional and friendly, did exactly what I wanted and even gave me advice on my daughters hair. Lovely coffee and free WiFi, a good experience.

Yesterday I attended an appointment at Hair Lab in Woking & met my stylist Fern. A lovely young lady who certainly knows her craft as the end result was excellent. I am so pleased that I met her as my hair not only looks perfect as the cut was perfection. I went into the salon with long hair that was heavy as my hair is fine but I have a lot of hair. I initially showed a screenshot of the style I would like (a short bob) She explained in detail how she would achieve the exact style. The end result was absolutely lovely. LOVED everything about my experience at hair lab! Haven’t been able to trust a hairdresser in a while but Abbie seriously transformed my hair today! Got a brilliant balayage, beautifully blent with my natural hair colour. I also recommend having a treatment done - my hair feels so smooth and light! Had my hair cut by Kara at the weekend - the service was super friendly and I felt like I was in safe hands! It’s not often I leave a salon feeling like I’ve actually had the cut I wanted, but Kara listened to my thoughts and when I said I wanted to keep as much of the length as possible she did exactly that. Super happy with my cut and will definitely be back!

I had my hair cut at HairLab and was blown away! I have naturally curly hair and no hairdresser has ever been able to cut it right. The stylist listened to everything I wanted and took their time with every layer. And then instead of blow-drying it out straight like most hairdressers do they gave me the option and dried it into its natural curls. Its now got a gorgeous shape to it and i can fully embrace my natural hair. This is now my regular hairdresser 1000000% recommend any of the stylists, all fabulous!

I booked an appointment with HairLab in Woking and I was so happy with my experience from the moment I booked my appoitment until I left the salon with my new haircut. The staff was professional, always happy to help and answer questions and the atmosphere was pleasant. I've always chosen smaller salons for my haircuts but this time I was so restricted on time that I had to rethink my options and I am so happy I did. Abbie was my hairdresser for the day and she cut my hair beautifully. My hair is a bit wavy and I wanted a haircut that would help me avoid the straightners as much as possible. Very friendly staff, they were able to dye and cut my naturally curly hair and made it look so amazing afterwards! My hair feels so might lighter in weight and colour now!

I went on the first day it opened. Unfortunately after getting it done my hair wasnt to my liking, but after a little boost from my friends I called Hair Lab and they said to come back in to fix it. I had Hina do my hair today and it is amazing. The time Hina took and the techniques she used were great. My hair looks so much healthier and such a nice style. I'm very impressed with how they dealt with my issue and they way my hair looks. I think they will do very well as a new branch.
