Very welcoming salon. It was the first time that I felt my hair/head properly washed and clean, thank you Morgan. His head massage is wonderful. Natasha was So friendly and took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for. Also she advised me on how to improve my hair colour in future. I had the most pleasant experience in hairdressers for many many years. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends. Thank you.

Stopped at end of exhausting two days sailing through lots of locks on the Basingstoke Canal. My Wife and I felt in need of hair cuts and we found Italian Inspiration very close to our mooring. Google won't let me add a new review so I'm editing this one... Had a fabulous wash, cut and blowdry this morning. My cut is quite complicated and I'm quite fussy. Raquel always makes sure I'm completely happy with it before I leave, which usually involves extra cutting and thinning after she's dried it. I've been coming here for 25 years and now I travel nearly 20 miles to get here but I won't go anywhere else. Great haircuts, treatments and colour. Staff are very friendly and I always feel like a VIP.

I love this hairdressers and couldn’t recommend it enough; everyone is so so lovely and they listen to what you want and make sure you’re happy. I have curly hair, and Natacha cuts it the way it needs to be cut that benefits my curls. She recently done a balayage and it is BEAUTIFUL. I am so in love with my hair now.

Cannot express how pleased I am with the finished results I’ve achieved with the talented ladies at Italian inspiration. As all ladies do, I walked in with a picture of Kylie Jenner and requested that I was made to look like that 🤣 Raquel kept my expectations realistic and said that it would take a few stages to get me to the drastic colour change I wanted. Over the course of two days my hair dream became reality and they even matched my extensions to my new colour to, I’ll update my review with new photos once my colour has settled further. And they kept all my natural hair intact and in good condition 🥰 thank you so much ladies

Pleasant place, they make you tea and coffee while you wait. A bit expensive. I had my wedding hair done here and went for a trial but then on the day the hairdresser could not remember exactly how she did it. It was still perfectly lovely though and people complimented me on my hair. I would not come here on regular basis because of the price.

I was looking to have balyage and a trim and Italian Inspiration were able to fit me in at short notice. Rachel did such a fantastic job of my hair and I've had so many compliments on it already. Everything was done to such a perfect standard, from friendly chat to the lovely head massage when my hair was washed to the look and feel of my hair once done. The cut Rachel did was great and she was able to ensure that I kept the length but remove the dead ends. I'm so happy with the whole experience at Italian Inspiration and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and colleagues.

I went to have my hair restyled and coloured with Natasha! I was very nervous about having a new style! As soon as I walked in the salon I was made to feel welcome right away, and offered a range of hot drinks, chose a cappuccino! What can esle can I say about my cut and colour apart from amazing! Natacha is amazing at what she does and makes sure yoyr happy with the cut and colour, before you leave, and really really listens to what you want! Brilliant atmosphere, friendly service, but what I liked most was that the hair dresser listened to what I wanted, clarified her understanding with pictures, provided input on her opinion which I rejected some and took some onboard and then she actually cut the style that we agreed!!! A first for me. Very relaxed and confident manner and I LOOVED the result Highly recommended, they have won a repeat customer :)
