A. M.Took my 3 Yr old here for the first time to get his hair cut before he started nursery. Obviously with it being the weekend before schools went back it was busy in there. My son wasn't fussed about waiting as there was plenty of toys to keep little ones occupied. The staff were lovely, the cut was just what I wanted and the price was very reasonable. Definitely going to go there again for a kids cut and will be taking myself there when I'm next due a hair cut
K. T.Our son had his first ever haircut today and it was a lovely experience! The hairdresser was really good with him, he liked sitting in the car and could watch Netflix to distract him. He got a certificate and got to play with the toys while my husband had his cut too. Both boys look super smart & handsome! We will definitely be back x

D. R. (.I miss this type of barber shop, they do exactly what it says in the name. The place was clean and hygienic, friendly staff and very reasonable pricing.
It's also a bonus that there's parking directly outside the barbers.
Tip: cash is best as the credit card reader isn't always available.
E.Took my little boy for his fist haircut to Mayford Barbers. As many other reviews say, it is a super nice place for kids. The barbers do really know how to deal with toddlers and have done an amazing job with my son. They even gave him a certificate to celebrate his first haircut

C.The boys hairs had really over grown and needed a fresh new look to go back to school, Danielle the owner normal cuts their hairs but wasn’t in today so we had a new lady and omg she was amazing, very good with the boys and very polite and professional. My youngest never sits still and fidgets normally but for some reason he took a shine to this lady bless him. Highly recommend Mayford Barbers as always a great service received

A. W.Terrific first hair cut at Mayford Barber's for our little boy today. Lovely welcome from Daniela and Kim who were brilliant with him and did a fab cut. Totally relaxed throughout, too, helping to keep our little one calm. The shop is well kitted out for young ones, with a dedicated red sports car chair and cartoons on TV. They even gave him a certificate our at the end. Great experience from end to end. Highly recommend!

H. W.We've been visiting Mayford Barbers on and off for years now. Always a friendly welcome and great service but especially today as our 2yr old declared "NO!" repeatedly a haircut. Tony persevered patiently to find a way to make it happen and we ended up having an al fresco haircut whilst car spotting. The end result is great and not a toddler meltdown in sight. Amazing job, thank you.
