I’d like to thank the barbers at Sopranos for doing a great job on every visit since I’ve been coming here over the last 6 years! You guys make me feel welcomed, appreciated, understanding, chatty, you put me at ease and myself at all times. You definitely set the bar higher and higher on every visit and makes my trip a worthwhile all the way from London. Prices are reasonable for the level of service and attention to detail you receive. First time getting my hair cut today and they were absolutely amazing. Great service provided from start to finish. Despite being full of waiting customers the wait was no more than 20 minutes. I had my haircut by John, who was brilliant. Not only was he kind, friendly and made me feel comfortable, he is an excellent barber and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. His professionalism and personal touch made this a haircut I will return for. Great location and great layout as well.

I was recommended this place as im new in the area and was looking forward to try. Got very rushed, even though it was not busy at the time. He Cut my hair very sloppy and too short even though we agreed on length. He didn't show me the back of my head and he got weirded out when i asked him to do my hair when he finished (i thought this was standard everywhere) My review is solely on one barber. I bet the rest are possible more professional (hence the good reviews) but my experience was not great. Tldr; was very rushed and sloppy haircut.

Now, all the barber’s chairs are filled with at least six members of staff in attendance. They are good, attentive and the service excellent. Sopranos is a highly recommended mens hair salon, I have been coming here for many years. Great customer service, I normally get my hair done by Salva, he is friendly and professional. Normally busy on the weekends but they have enough staff to cover so not a long wait. I would recommend weekdays if possible, as you get your preferred barber quickly.

I have used this barber's since they opened several years ago. Overall I am impressed. The shop is clean and smart, it is often busy, and I am nearly always very satisfied with my cut. The place is buzzy and industrious, and even when the queue is long it moves fairly quickly due to the sheer number of barber stations. They have adapted appropriately to Covid. Sometimes I get queue anxiety when it isn't clear who is next, but the boss seems to be keeping an eye on who's turn is next. I like the barber shop touches of eyebrow/ear and sideburns trim, plus the razor on the neck. Prices fair. Thumbs up!

so today I had my little boys hair cut for the very first time. hes 19months old and the guy that cut his hair was absolutely amazing. I honestly didn't think my little boy would sit that long. the guy was so patient with him following his head and talking ro him. my little boy was scared of the clippers and he kept trying but said he was sorry he couldn't do around his ear which was fine it wasn't his fault nor my little boys. my boy come out looking so grown up and he even let me take some hair off his and let me run to the cash point. the place was so clean, staff was friendly and everything was in place due to covid rules screen protectors on each station and waiting chairs. if yoi havent been he for your child's first cut then I definitely recommend so thank you to you my hat goes to the gentelman honesty he did.

Second time I went to this barber. First time this little blond lady gave me a really good hair cut (best one in ages!) and I was so happy to found a good barber in Woking. The second time I went this grumpy bearded guy gave me a really bad cut. Really rough and fast and I felt he wasn't happy being there... his colleague or manager even came by and wispered "Smile!" In his ear. I really felt rushed and he was done in 5 min and it wasn't even busy (Thursday, 10 am). I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and try them one more time. Next time I'll skip this guy though...

This is the best Barber I have been to ever! A laid back and friendly vibe with very accommodating staff. All the staff are professional and experienced in their trade. Cheapest haircut I've found in Woking - with massive volume churned through out of around 5-6 staff at any one time. Nothing special, but does the job nicely and can't fault it at the price <£10. Waiting time is usually no more than 20 mins, although can be busy especially at lunchtime and immediately after work hours for commuters.
