A. P.Want to say thank you to all the amazing staff at Sorella. Such a lovely bunch of people. Atmosphere is so relaxing! My consultation with Lucy was lovely. She helped me figure out what was best for my hair and explained in detail how the process and future sessions would take. She also gave me a breakdown of price which I have not received from any other hair salon.
My appointment with Scarlett couldn’t have been any better. She was very sweet and did an amazing job. I was so in love with my hair and it gave me so much confidence. She recommended products which would be good to maintain my colour and explained how to use it too. Overall, I will be coming back again in the future and would recommend this salon to anyone. Thank you so much.

I needn't have worried. Luna was amazing. She understood my particular issue, suggested options and the resulting cut and blow dry was excellent. I am SO pleased with the result! She is someone I can trust to keep my hair looking good.

E. H. (.I’ve been coming to Robyn for nearly 3 years now and she is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! My hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave. Robyn is really skilled and just knows what will work best on me, whenever I want changes she gives great advice and solutions. My hair is in the best condition it’s ever been since using her product recommendations which is a bonus. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else now!
A. M.I visited Sorella on 9th June. This was my first visit to the salon. The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. The salon is open late on a Thursday, which worked brilliantly for me, because I work full-time and could visit after work. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was offered a drink on arrival, and was also given a small bowl of crisps. The lady that cut my hair could not have taken more time and trouble over it, and I felt she went way above and beyond what I have been used to from some large chain salons. She listened to what I was looking to achieve and discussed options with me, and I am thrilled with the result and my lovely new hair cut. The price was extremely competitive. I will definitely be visiting again, and Sorella have got themselves a new regular! I would highly recommend.

Luna has re-styled and trimmed my hair - she took time, listened to what I wanted but also gave great advice. Excellent attention to detail. Beautiful cut and finish.
S. N. K.Today I popped into Sorella to get my hair sorted (Was a mess prior to this appointment !) I am someone that is time efficient.. so was great to be straight away taken to the salon seat for a consultation. Now, this was a trainee using my hair for modelling.
What I loved is how thorough the consultation was. Another employee was supporting and guiding her which was nice because at the end I felt super confident about what was being done.
Clear. On the same page. Happy.
I was offered a drink 2x which shows that they have great customer service skills.
What I loved is how friendly both trainee and stylist where. Unfortunately I haven’t had the best experience in salons.. this team where friendly and nice. Overall a cool relaxing vibe.
The trainee was super clean in her work. She was gentle and gave a 10/10 head massage. Women want to feel pampered whilst getting their hair done, this was relaxing.
Overall, I love my hair. It’s looking glossy, soft, and beautiful. They fixed a mess of what it was and I will vouch for this place. Lovely little salon in the heart of Knaphill

H. P.I’ve been to Sorella twice now for a balayage, hair cut and blow dry. The first time I went I had never coloured my hair before and Amber made me feel so comfortable and we came up with a plan together in terms of what colours to choose.
The second time I had my hair done with Luna and decided to be much braver and go blonder - Luna encouraged me to go with a face frame and I’m so glad I listened.
Both Amber and Luna did such amazing jobs on my hair and I absolutely love the curls! They give such great advice in terms of cut and colour and you feel like you are being looked after by the best.
The salon itself is lovely inside too and so it feels like such a special few hours plus the coffee is DELICIOUS!

D. N.This was my first visit. It was my birthday and we were going out for dinner that evening so wanted my hair to look good. Firstly the products they use are of an extremely high standard. Amber blow dried my hair and what a fabulous job she did. I am definitely going back!
