I highly recommend Suzanne's Hair Salon! I have the keratin treatment done by Tracey and I'm so pleased with the results. My hair is so smooth and frizz free, and the results improve as you have more treatments. Everyone at the salon is really friendly and helpful!

Consistently good, I've been going for years. It's a Nice Salon, it doesn't have booming sound tracks or massive clouds of hairspray like some of the larger chains, it has a really nice calm atmosphere and they really know what they are doing. A good mix of Modern cuts and older ladies in curlers. V pleased.

I used the groupon offer for half head of highlights and booked myself in two days later to have it done by Chloe at Suzanne's. I explained what colour I would like and that I had previously had a bad experience whereby my hair had gone orange, so was understandably a bit nervous. Chloe listened to everything I said and recommended a product for my hair which would hopefully give me the subtle colour I wanted. Unfortunately, after my treatment, my hair was brighter than a duracell bunny! I couldn't quite see initially but on returning home, found it was most definately NOT what I had wanted. I rang straight away and was booked in the following day at 11am for a dark brown to be put back on as per my normal colour. After a couple of treatments, I was finally rid of any orange! Aside from my hair not turning out how it should have done, I found all of the Staff there (Chloe, Lauren and Sue - the owner and great to natter with!) all lovely and helpful in my dilemma so even though highlights don't work for me (could be just that my hair doesn't like them maybe?) I could not fault the speed and lovely way they rectified it at no extra charge. If nothing else, I would return because I know that their customer service is excellent! Thank you ladies!

maybe ok for women's hair cuts. not good for men's. I came out with one side of my head trimmed to number 3 with patches of the original length all over. The top barely touched. this was a senior stylist but clearly had hardly cut mens hair before. Bless her, in the end I got her to stop by saying 'that's fine'. I had to go and get it cut somewhere else.
