Just the best! Steve has been cutting my hair for years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The salon has a fun friendly atmosphere. Steve’s never afraid to mix it up after all these years… both cut and colour! Definitely would recommend to any one!

Caroline is fabulous. She really listened to my hair goals, talked through my options at my first appointment to get me started on growing out my curls. At my recent appointment she kept the length and reshaped my curls to perfection. Possibly the only stylist to ever do exactly what I wanted. So happy with the results.

Absolutely 1st class service, I'm delighted with my cut and colour where its a perfect match to a style I had a few years ago and wanted to go back to. Well worth paying more for the quality of the service and expertise as I've tried to replicate this style with other salons where it hasn't turned out as I wanted.

Again, an excellent cut from Steve. I went a bit bonkers this time and asked Steve to do the impossible with my fine/thin hair and he came up trumps! I would never go anywhere else!

Maybe hairdressers are skilled which is fair play but very poor design of salon ...reminded me hospital... to compare with other Tony and guys in other towns like Birmingham o _44tStratford ..make it people not to go in just because of design or at least thats the way how i thought about this place... I am not talking about covid? I am talking about expensive brand in very cheap looking place . Its only white walls in there and floor reminds me toilets on airport.. You should invest more in design of salon toattract people with cozy look!

I visited the salon yesterday. I was feeling nervous as I had experienced a bad haircut at a different salon. Caroline looked after me and listened to what I wanted, whilst giving advice on how she could put things right. She immediately put me at ease and I enjoyed my visit. The service was faultless; my stylist was friendly and punctual and made me feel completely at ease. I was so happy with my hair cut, and left with some products that have really redivinated my hair. I came to the Worcester branch following the manager when the Redditch branch closed. I'm always confident in getting a great hair cut and have tried other places at different rates and have never been satisfied. Really friendly and chatty staff. The woman who cut my hair was really knowledgeable and experienced. She was very happy to listen to what I wanted and helped me fix a bad haircut. The only negative is it's very cold in the salon!

Mixed opinion: hair looks good but it took forever-the colouring started half an hour late and when I was due to have the haircut the hair dresser started the cut on a different client and her little daughter! And it was so cold in there! The AC must have been on full blast or something! Friendly staff tho.
