Took my partner's disabled daughter here; daughter has a complex disability, is largely non verbal and can't sit still for long. Vicky was massively understanding, was quick to understand what we wanted, and gave my partner's daughter a full restyle from long to an asymmetrical short cut in under half an hour. She did a fantastic job and was really good dealing with a fidgety disabled teen. Will be coming here again, very highly recommended.

The only place I’ll ever take my kids to get their hair cut. They love the duplo, the camper van, the choice of superhero, frozen etc capes - it’s basically a kid’s paradise (and they leave looking one million times less scruffy then when they go in!).

Took my son for his first hair cut. It’s a great space, really big so fine for buggies and lots to entertain kids. The owner was absoloutly fantastic with him, we love the hair cut and he loved sitting in the little car and pressing the horn. Looking forward to going back!

Awesome hair cut. It is wonderful to find somewhere that has great service and is reasonably priced. A huge plus for me is the bucket of toys and Lego table which kept my 5 and 3 year old entertained while they waited. I will definitely be back so my kids can sit in the car to have their hair cut too. The decor has been well done and they take card.. win all round.

Me and my 2 year old daughter went this morning and it was great here!! Really relaxed and professional at the same time, and they were brilliant with cutting mine and my daughter's hair. Great haircuts for both my 2 year old son and me. He loves driving the Volkswagen bus while getting his haircut, it means he sits for almost a half an hour when we previously got about 10 minutes for a haircut. Definitely recommend the Tidy Penguin!

What a lovely experience! Vickie took time to find out exactly what I was looking for - not an easy task - and made helpful suggestions. I had a restyle and colour and was very pleased with the result - and with the price. A pleasant and relaxed atmosphere; i imagine that families would feel at home here.
