Such a lovely welcoming salon, the girls always remember you by name and even remember how you have your hot drink :-) they are attentive and probably know more about me and my family than some of my close friends. Their work is incredible, their work is nothing short of perfection, I have never come away from there disappointed. I look forward to my visits to head office… well done all, you are amazing xxx

I went from dark brown to blond. Rachel has done an amazing job and I look forward to my next appointment . The girls are so welcoming, Tori is just amazing. The salon is finished to such a high standard and you genuinely feel pampered from start to finish . The hot chocolate with marshmallows was such a treat on my last visit. Everyone at Head Office is so friendly, you always feel really relaxed. Abi always does a great job, I've loved the cuts she's done at all different lengths on my hair. Head office is truly my happy place ! The best hair salon I’ve ever been to !! I’ve been going to head office for the past 6 years now, every single time I love my hair ! My first appointment, I attended with damaged and dry hair but Millie transformed my hair and now I love it and always get compliments on my hair. All the staff members are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable. I class the girls as friends and they are all honestly amazing !! Highly recommended

I've been coming to Head Office for several years now and love it. The staff are great, so friendly, and it's a genuinely warm welcome (the staff on the desk are the absolute loveliest!). Their hair and styling skills and colouring quality is unmatched. I moved to Bristol in 2016 and I still travel all the way back (160 miles!) for highlights and a cut every couple of months. If that's not testament to a good service, I don't know what is!

From that first visit, when I arrived nervous and unsure after some bad experiences at other salons, I realised I'd stumbled on the holy grail of hairdressers. The team are incredible at what they do and go above and beyond to make sure that I leave the salon feeling amazing each and every time. If you're looking for a new hairdresser, I honestly can't recommend Head Office enough.

My go to hair salon when I want my hair cut, styled or coloured. They’ve transformed my hair a few times now and couldn’t fault them at all. Even if I go in and I’m not sure what I want they talk me through different options and what will suit my skin tone. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!! I must admit I didn’t know about Head Office until my hairdresser started working there. It’s a lovely salon, all the staff are really friendly and the service is excellent. And they have their own off road parking which is an extra bonus.
