L. A.Had a haircut with Ellie yesterday and I love it. She was friendly and took time to dry my hair nicely. I was brought a coffee quickly after arriving which was very welcome after an exhausting week. It was a little more expensive than I had expected but with the 15% student discount the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

S. R.Michael is a great hairdresser. Lovely atmosphere. Sweet girl who washed my hair and made e a delicious coffee. First time I have been here definitely going again.
C. C.I had previously had a great colouring here following a gone-wrong home attempt at dyeing my hair. So I made another appointment to have the roots touched up, and showed up on time. However, I was left waiting for twelve minutes after the time my appointment was due to start, and there was no sign that I was going to be seen soon. So I got my coat (which had been haphazardly thrown onto a banister by a member of staff) and left.
Occasionally places are short-staffed, or a treatment takes longer than expected. That's understandable. What upsets me was that I was left to wait for a long time with no explanation. Had someone said, "We're really sorry, but unfortunately we're running behind and won't be ready for you for [amount of time]." I would have been friendly about it, and gone and gotten a coffee, and gone back. But this place is a quality salon, with prices to match, and I was not happy being left sitting there.
They are good at what they do, and it was probably an off day. Nonetheless, I will not be coming back.

Update on review... A Year after my last review my hair is still amazing, just had it cut today and I'm so happy with the result, I can't thank Ali enough & prey she never retires, it's hard to find a great hairdresser & Ali's worth her weight in gold! THANKYOU 😀😀😀
