a. t.i’ve had my nails done multiple times by you however today you accepted walk ins before me when i booked an appointment. there was no point booking my appointment if i’m not going to get them done before others. my appointment was at 12 and i didn’t get sat down until 1. i should’ve just walked in an hour earlier. on a plus note my nails are gorg
