Amazing! Best in Bedford. The wonderful Kerry did my treatments. Spent an hour and a half making sure everything was perfect. And it was! Fantastic customer service and really decent prices. Car park just next door. Easy to find! Couldn’t rate it high enough. Been to many places in Bedford and this one has the best all round services. Definitely recommend

Really friendly staff. I have a busy schedule, and they moved lot of appointments to get me in. I got a Balayage done. I needed more with mixing of colours and they did an additional appointment totally free of charge. They are really in to pleasing the customers. Very nice bunch. Would highly recommend them.

I had exemplary service from the team, in particular Jane, at 5th Avenue. With a complex colour job to tackle (lockdown box dye being part of the problem!!!) Jane took it in her stride and produced an ashy blonde with a full set of foil highlights. I also had a fresh trim and curly blow dry which was exactly what I wanted and needed! I can highly recommend the salon, especially as they have long opening hours and I could even take my laptop to do some work while the colour was developing: a win-win.

I went here for the first time today, I just want to say how accommodating the ladies were to me. I have androgenic alopecia which makes my hair very thin around the front, the lovely hairdresser was professional and kind in the way that she dealt with me and my hair, she advised on ways we could make it look like my hair was more volumous and I left very happy. The salon missed a call from me in the morning (turns out it was before their opening time!) But they called me back to check if they could help. Infact I believe it was the owner. Such lovely ladies, will definitely be back.

Such a fantastic salon, both my daughter and I go for both hair and beauty treatments. They always take the time to listen to what you want, never try to sell you anything you do not need. My haircut and colouring by Ana is the best I have had in a very long time, she did a restyle for my daughter which looked amazing. My daughter loves the eyelash extensions, said they were also the best she has ever had. Kerry the Manager goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Lovely friendly atmosphere would highly recommend.

I went to 5th avenue for a bridal hair and make up trial back in February 2020. Kerry and the team were so friendly making me feel at ease straight away and i loved my hair and make up. I booked my bridal make up and hair with them that day ready for my wedding. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we were unable to get married in 2020 due to lockdown. Kerry and the team were so understanding and flexible through the whole thing, as we had to reschedule several times. Thank you to Kerry and the team for being amazing and supportive through it all!

I have been to 5th Avenue for intimate beauty treatments for the past 14/15years. Most recently I had called up for a last minute appointment. Luckily there was a cancellation and the team called me back to inform me of my good fortune. They saw me and I had the usual efficient and personal service. Very grateful to have this salon in town. They have worked hard over the years to really give the best customer service possible.

I have been here a couple of times now and I am blown away each time, by how friendly and professional the staff are. The massages are wonderful, probably the best i've ever had! I had a nail appointment a few weeks ago, I was late due to traffic. This was my fault yet the salon fitted me in, and managed to get my nails painted before my holiday the next day. They are always friendly, professional and polite and I would not go anywhere else now.

I have had my hair done at fifth avenue since I was at school, since going to university in Nottingham and having lived in London for several years, i have never found a hairdresser of the high quality and good value. A fabulous salon, I go there for beauty treatments (massages and facials) the massages are amazing, the therapist always makes me feel relaxed and checks to see the pressure is ok/I'm comfortable etc - Facials have me coming out thinking I look 20 years younger! The other staff are `always warm and friendly and the owner Kerry is so helpful, she's always hands on and is so kind and friendly to her clients and staff, nothing ever seems too much trouble - Highly recommend.

All the staff here are absolutely lovely, I get my highlights done every 6 weeks and I am always happy. There was one time I wasn't fully satisfied as I felt like I still had some dark patches (Mainly because I have really thin, fine awkward hair, so it wasn't actually the stylists fault) However I rang them the next day and they managed to fit me in same day for a free of charge appointment where they re-did the highlights and was so lovely about it, they never made me feel awkward or like I had moaned about it.....so that was amazing!!! So far I have had my hair done by: Mercedez, Emma, Sophie and Blaise. They are all amazing stylists but the reason I continue to come back, is they actually take there time and put there all into making sure my hair looks the best it can be, plus I get lots of great advice and tips whilst im there from everyone. All the reception and beauty staff are welcoming and polite, Kerry is an amazing person too, always making sure that your happy and they all seem to have a way of knowing if you are truly happy with the end result, something most other hairdressers dont care about!!! I'd not used 5th Avenue for some time as i'd had a really bad experience from one of her ex members of staff"The Gothic butch girl" as i called her made a terrible job of my highlights. I questioned her experience and she was extremely rude to me. I since heard she'd resigned so took it upon myself to give them another go. Well, what a differance a new stylist makes! Blaze was her name and she came through in a "Blaze" of glory. Fabulous cut and the colour was just perfect! Thank you Kerry for pursuing me to give Blaze a try. You were attentive as you always were and gave fantastic customer service. Well done!!

My Daughter Lily ( 6 ) and I have been going to 5th Avenue since we moved to Bedford in 2010. All the Girls are lovely but, Amanda is Lily's favourite! We're always made to feel welcome, even if it's just for a fringe trim. Would recommend to everyone.

Went in for a cut and style as I was going to an event, I explained that I wanted large curls, like those of Holly Willoughby. The woman who cut my hair was very sweet and did a great job of the cut, however I walked out with a 70's retro style, the top half of my hair being smooth and the bottom in small curls, which reminded me of trying to put on a swimming cap as a child. Such a shame

friendly staff, buzzy atmosphere in the hairdressers and relaxing treatment rooms in the back.. i come here for regular hairdressing and eyelash extensions ( which look really natural compared to some ive had at other salons) and have treatments from time to time as a treat - they often have special packages depending on the season so its worth being on the mailing list. use good products in the salon like redken and also a nice mineral make up range called mii... the late night opening times are a blessing for me with kids to put to bed! always made to feel welcome have been coming here for over 10 years - staff seem to stay too which isnt common in beauty salons :0)

This grooming place for men as well,when I went there warm welcoming by concern staff n salon director kerry as I already book my appointment for deep tissue massage for an hour,its great massage I got clean towels heated table and experienced masseur Abbey does nice massage to my acce body clear stiff muscles which felt me energised,thanks They have other sorts of massages like hot stone body massage,aromatherapy n pedicures for men that's great thing
