I had an amazing experience with Hair Loss Centre. My doctor was very professional and friendly, every thing was explained thoroughly as when I am going to expect results everything was explained in details and henceforth all my questioned were answered, they provided with after care too. The members of staffs were friendly, approachable as I was really nervous the day of my surgery but they took every care to keep me calm and comfortable by carrying on very general conversations, not only that they kept updating about the procedures. My point of call before surgery Ben made regular calls to keep me updating and discussed if I have any enquiries. I came out with an ample of good experience and care, now I can't wait for the final outcome of my hair transplant.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Ben at the HLC. I first attended the Hairloss Centre last April, as you can imagine it is quite scary making the decision to do something about it. Ben was brilliant, helpful and was there along the way to support me with all my required questions. I booked the transplant for Dec and in the mean time had a 6 month laser treatment to stop any further hairloss. I have now had the transplant and have completed the course. Overall I am very pleased with the service and cost. And I am now excited about future, and looking forward to my new hair growing!! :) Don't wait another day, get an appointment and get it done.

Hair Care Studio has changed my life for the better, I truly recommend this before it's too late. Finally thought I'd do something about my hair loss since I was in teens. Found this clinic and right on my doorstep. Got an appointment straight away and the times offered was very convenient for a person working full time. I thought the best treatment for me is hair transplant but Ben (owner) suggested laser treatment would be the better option for my balding. I really appreciate him being honest and did not try to convince me to go for hair transplant treatment as it cost more than the laser treatment and the transplant is not the best option for my situation. Ben was very thorough and informative and provided everything I needed to know. There was no obligation to sign up to a treatment and the consultation is free. I decided to go for the laser treatment as suggested and Ben was able to help me pay it off in a payment plan with no interest. I went in every two weeks for an hour laser treatment and Ben was always very friendly and professional. The clinic is very clean and right next to two carparks. You can book your appointments online, you will receive a appointment reminder text before each appointment. Obviously there is a gamble of the treatment not working depending if the blood flow of the hair follicles are completely dead but it is a gamble I was willing to take. I could be in my 30s and have to rely on expensive wigs which would cost a lot more than the treatment and the treatment (if the hair follicles are not dead) will be a permanent solution. A few sessions into it, I had pigmentation done on my scalp. Combining the both treatments, my hair is looking really well, less bald patches and I can see my baby hairs coming through. Went to see Ben last year to discuss my hair problems. On arrival we were greeted by ben and was made to feel at ease very quickly with my insecurity over my hair. He showed me some options and guided me to which suited me best a 2000graft FUE... he left the ball completely in my court and let me make my mind up a week or so later with no pushing or anything. I felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge. So i signed the dotted line and away we went!, the procedure day came around and i had an easy day of it. Lay back for 7hrs relaxed and job was done. Over the moon with my new hair and with the crew at the haircare studio and with Ben himself. Lovely bloke. Very helpful and always on hand for help and answers. Would recommend to everyone looking for help. Thanks again haircare studio. You gave me back my confidence and a great new hairline!

I was nervous about a hair transplant as it is daunting. Ben immediately put me at ease, showing me before and after images and explaining the process. I am amazed at the results 12 months on, once my hair was gone, i thought that was it. the laser saved my existing hair and the transplant, rolled back the years. Thank you to all the team!!

I decided to have hair transplant, so looked around and decided to phone hair care studio where I spoke to Ben, then after a good chat I booked an appointment to go through my option's. When I arrived at the studio I met with Ben and we sat down had a chat and he examined my head then we went through the option and he explained to me everything that would happen. I never felt pressured and the choice was always mine but by this time I had decided to go with the hair transplant, signed up there and then and couldn't be happier with the results. On the day of the transplant the surgery team were very welcoming and relaxing, made me feel at ease and very comfortable, then 9 hours later the transplant was all done. Very easy and painless procedure. I'm really happy with my results, the surgery team and Ben ( really nice bloke) . I also been having the lazer treatment and ben's been here every time, very friendly and helpful guy. Top service and will be recommending. Thanks again

The actual procedure was really good, surgeons and technicians did a great job. Only downside was the salesman who said the procedure was scarless... not true.

I would recommend Hair Loss Centre for anyone who is thinking about having a hair procedure,I found them excellent from my first consultation to the after care after the procedure, also the surgeon and technicians during the procedure are excellent very knowledgeable and ensure you are happy with everything before they start and put you at ease throughout the day, before the procedure there are plenty of contacts and patient coordinators to contact with any questions or queries you may have,I'm currently 3 weeks after my procedure and there is some discomfort during and after the procedure but I can already see the benefit with hair growth were there was none beforehand and I can honestly say a few days of discomfort will give me years of better self confidence and not worrying about further hair loss.
