The people there make you feel like you're at home. Very professional and friendly! Loved the personal experience I had the first time I went in to get my nails done for the very first time! I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone!

First time there and it was a pleasant experience however I had three different techs doing my nails which was annoying and caused me to be there longer than I should have. Other than my nails look amazing.

I have used this nail bar for years and seen many owners come and go. The technicians are always nice, though feel cleanliness is not there strong point. I go because I am very fond of a particular girl whom I’ve known for many years. Like a lot of us I went in after 4 weeks of lockdown to find out half way through my over lays that prices had gone up. This only became apparent when I heard ladies that were paying question the price. Staff explained that they had had a call from the boss that morning informing them of price increases. Sounded like a general £5 increase across the board. I spoke to a member of staff and pointed out that this should be mentioned BEFORE starting treatment and that they wouldn’t pick up something in a shop and take it to a cashier without knowing how much the item was. I was quite cross. No signage up and I felt sorry for the staff having to implement it. It felt like, the public will be desperate so let’s make a kill. I understand the huge difficulties all shop owners have faced but felt this was underhand and inappropriate .

Love this nail bar, pedicure was actually a pleasurable experience, rather than a painful and uncomfortable one I have had at another nail bar in Bedford. More time and care taken and I cannot recommend highly enough.
