m. a.I am reading some negative reviews here. I am going here a couple of years , I only get gel polish but I spend my time watching the staff. To say they dont give time or prepare nails is not true. I have seen them spend ages getting gel nails done and I have seen the attention to detail. On my last visit one woman a customer was extremely rude to the staff telling her she wanted her nails the exact way she had them the last time and was getting very annoyed because the girl could not remember. She should have brought a photo with her to show staff. The staff are indeed quiet but this suits me perfect. In Ireland I try to get them done on my lunch hour and too much talking from the nail girl makes me late back to work!! Some people like the chat, I myself prefer to get in and get out so to speak. I know from being in there the majority of people leave delighted and singing the praises of the staff. Finally, in some places I've been to there is only one or maybe two preferred staff I do be wishing I get,but I think nearly all of them have done my nails now at some stage and I have never had a complaint. I think the fact that the place is always busy speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend it.

The nail tech used so much care and precision I was really happy. Maya always makes you feel special and welcome. I would 100% recommend to others as the place to go for nails in Bedford.

M.I have been coming to London nails for years and would not go anywhere else. The service is always very friendly, and they do their absolute best to meet your requirements. If there are ever any issues, which is very rare, they will fix things straight away. I have observed people visit when they have chipped their nail or one has snapped, and it has been sorted straight away, no questions asked! London nails have a wide selection of colours and many experienced technicians who can do different designs, etc. It's always a pleasure to visit and part of my regular bit of self care every 2 weeks.
