Had a lovely pedicure today at Radiance Day Spa, I stupidly didn’t get the girls name but she did such a great job and we had a fab chat! All staff put me at ease and I will definitely be back!

The only nails that ever stay in place for me. I’ve tried lots of different places and these last by far the longest. Will not go anywhere else now. The girls are all lovely too and the place is spotless. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for the best massage experience ever...look no further!!!! Nahid is the absolute best when it comes to massages. I highly recommend booking with her. I am someone who suffers from tight shoulders/neck/back due to stress (aka normal life nowadays lol) and I feel like a new woman after Nahid's treatments! Leanne on reception and all the staff are so lovely and very welcoming, it truly feels like a treat once you've visited Radiance.

Radiance spa is a lovely place with a lovely reception staff and great coffee, however manicure i Got was far from nice experience. First of all, manicure desk looks clean on the top, but not under desk where the lamps are. Secondary lady decided to cut off my skins without sofetening them using random cutters she took from pile in drawer. To say they were not sterile is understatement. I had a minor panic attack as i experienced sepsas in my life and know how essential it is to keep tools like that sterile all the time when you serve random people!! Then i got gels... plenty of smudges and irregulars on a surface of nail. Not fully setled coat. They fell off in few days. Im giving 3 stars because there is a lot of lovely ladies and im sure that most of them are great specialists. I just had bad luck. Also a small edit to response from Radiance below: it was end of May when I had my appointment. And as I said above I do not question quality of radiance, I just talk about poor service i recieved that day. And as much as I believe in what responder says - I do my nails regurarly and I do know what good work hygiene looks like. I am not a high maintenance customer, that's why it shocked me so much.

This is my first visit and it won't be my last! Excellent customer service. When I arrived on crutches they went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable at all times. My therapist was professional and extremely talented. I can't remember the last time I had a pedicure as good. Very friendly salon with car parking outside the premises. Opening hours to suit everyone. Prices extremely competitive and I would highly recommend this salon and can't wait to return

Very friendly staff, expert treatment. I went for a mani-pedi, in preparation for my sister's hen. The beauty technician was perfectly nice and did a professional job with my nails. I was very happy with the finished results. I would definitely recommended to a friend.

This was my first time visiting radiance day spa as a trip for my birthday with friends and after my experience it definitely will not be my last! Everything from the booking to customer service was absolutely fantastic! Sonya and Orla who worked there looked after me so well and were so easy to get along with as well as providing exceptional treatments! I was able to make a booking for 4 people so easily and once we arrived the ladies had every thing prepared for us and ready to go. Really excellent and cannot recommend this spa more! 10/10

Always so excited to visit this place! The staff is amazing and so attentive. I got to know Alumier MD products during my first visit here and have been loving their products ever since. I've been also getting glow peels and back massage regularly, and I always feel so pampered leaving the spa. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a full body massage- absolutely amazing, very good value for money and my therapist took proper time with me to find out if I was having any issues and what I wanted from my massage. Amazing Salon I've been attending Radiance every month for years and the service is wonderful. The staff are well trained and I've always had a great experience. As a regular customer I've now been treated by all of the staff and each one is excellent. The salon itself is beautifully designed and extremely clean. Christine the owner is a truly genuine person, she treats all her staff and customers like family. she is a very worthy winner of the ulster tatler award. Love her and the salon, wouldn't trust anywhere else.

I visited Radiance Day Spa for the first time in August, as a treat, to get my nails done. The staff were so friendly and I was booked in with Frances. I was so impressed with her work that I’ve been there quite a few times since. Frances is very friendly and warm, while always making my nails look incredible! Love how relaxed I feel afterwards! I now make regular visits.

Got Blink & Go lashes done by Amy and it was great! I was slightly nervous as I have sensitive eyes but she was extremely accommodating and lovely! As well as this, they turned out great! They’re so well applied that I can’t even feel them and they look incredible, I’ve had so many compliments already. So so happy, so impressed with the whole experience and have already recommended it to all my friends!

I have been going to Radiance for about 5 or 6 years now, I was recommended here by my friend as the service was so good and we both travel from the other side of town to go. I find all the therapists very professional, friendly and well presented. I always go to Jenny for waxing and feel more now it's like going for a catch up with a friend! The salon is stunning and I honestly enjoy going for my treatments it makes the pain of waxing a little easier lol

Myself and a friend went here recently for a wax and we both couldn’t be happier leaving! This is a beautiful spa and our therapist, Emma, was lovely and done a great job. Usually dread getting a wax but Emma made this feel more like it was a relaxing treatment! We will definitely be back.. can’t wait to try out some of the other treatments!

The decor is tasteful, attractive and sets the tone for what follows, which is a journey into the rejuvenation of mind, body and soul via a comprehensive suite of treatments: facials, scrubs and massages that will simply leave you treading on air. The welcome by Paula is warm, professional and instructive and the treatment rooms quite simply divine cocoons of comfort, tranquillity and relaxation. Zen to the bone. I may have discovered it by accident but my returns will be wholly intentional.

So I visited Radiance tonight, for my first ever facial... upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly smile - and we shared a bit of a joke (as the treatment was originally booked for a friend's wife). If I'm honest, I think the staff were a little taken aback, as I don't look much like a "Kate"; however this put me at ease, and allowed me to relax a bit. The girl at the till sat us down, and we went through a short questionnaire for newcomers. Rather, I did... it's since come to my attention that my friend; the very masculine, weightlifting, gym goer frequents here. Once I filled this in and the aforementioned gentleman became reacquainted and caught up with the staff, we were led upstairs toward the treatment rooms. The girls performing the treatments were very professional, and I have to say... this place looks awesome - it really does. The seemingly minor detailing; like the business name on the chairs, just give it that extra edge and set it apart. At this point, I must apologise as I didn't quite catch the girl's name... it sounded a bit like 'Shoe in'...? Apologies! 'Shoe in' however, was terrific; absolutely brilliant at talking through the treatment itself, aftercare advice; advice on my daily skin care habits and so on... She had a world of knowledge! 'Shoe in', if you read this - I'd like to apologise for my getting your name horribly wrong, but I had been out for a few post work Friday pints - so you'll have to make allowances... That aside, first class job, and 100% a 'shoe-in' for employee of the month. After the facial (still mind blown writing this about myself), 'shoe in' got me some water and a number of samples to take home. She was encouraging me to drink the water, which if I'm honest... I'm not quite sure was for the skin or to sober me up. Nonetheless, I happily obliged. Great work guys, I'll be back - only next time, sober, not booked under the name 'Kate', and hopefully for a massage alongside the facial. Thankfully with 'Shoe ins' advice, I'd imagine I'll be 'radiating' for a while yet!

Just back from the most amazing massage i have ever recieved (in my life) done by an amazing therapist called georgina (i will never go anywhere else), i have visited radiance many times the receptionist is one of the most professional sweetiest girls ive ever been greeted by she is consistently freindly and helpful. Carly is another therapist i would like to mention i have been going to her for quite awhile for a brazilian wax and she is fantastic, by far the best i have ever had shes super fast and completly puts you at ease.As ive said ive been going here for a long time the girls exceed themselves with every return. Id just like to say thank u girls for the overall experience i recieve every single time i come to radiance.
