Visited here today for my first ever Hollywood Wax. I was really nervous but was made to feel so comfortable! Yasmin was extremely professional and so lovely! I then had a very relaxing facial which was brilliant! Overall a great experience and will definitely be visiting here again.

Yasmin has been absolutely fantastic with me ever since I first came to her for waxing 2 years ago. She is a true professional who clearly takes care of her clientele as well as always going above and beyond to ensure her client's leave with a smile on their face. Decent male waxing services are extremely difficult to come by, however Yasmin has a knack of attention to detail even if it means spending slightly longer than normal on your treatments. I cannot recommend her services enough, her lovely personality and kind demeanour are an added bonus! With the location being in the city centre of Birmingham and treatment rooms being very clean and tidy, Yasmin really does offer good value for money.

I have been a regular client since 2012 and have had a variety of treatments. Yasmin is very friendly, professional, polite and very easy to have a conversation with. She is reasonbly priced comapred to other beauty salons in the city centre. The treatment room is extremely clean. You are made to feel comfortable and at ease. I Would never consider going anywhere else. Yasmin listens to your preferences and adheres to them. Shes is good at what she does and you are in good hands. Would highly recommend!

Yasmin was very accommodating and was able to fit me in at short notice for a body wrap treatment. From the onset Yasmin was warm, friendly and very professional. Talked me through the treatment and what to expect (first time I had a body wrap). The treatment itself was phenomenal, my skin and body felt so refreshed, soft and supple. I'm not sure what experience the lady whose comment I read before leaving my own had ...but by the sounds of things she never actually had treatment so I'm not really sure how justified she is to comment on the level of service or care. If you cancel an appointment late (which I'm assuming is why she incurred the charge?) then I don't see why it's unreasonable or money grabbing. I'm an advocate of small businesses for sure and late cancellations as well as being most likely irritating, cost small businesses money and a little money from a little business can be pretty costly. I think we all say horrible things when we are mad and haven't given ourselves chance to calm down before we start jabbing at the keys on our keyboards. Anyway...enough of the negative. Yasmin has been very accommodating and after a frankly shocking first experience of waxing at another establishment (if you can even call it that) she really made me feel comfortable despite the inevitable discomfort. She doesn't double dip the wooden stick like so many unhygienic places do either. I also find the fact that she asks that you fill in a questionnaire beforehand very reassuring and the fact that she keeps to the same kind of wax really put my mind at rest having had a bad experience with wax with other additives. I think her thoroughness is a mark of a true beautician and I think she's great. She was really friendly chatty which is exactly what you need. Nobody likes being waxed. I defy anyone who says they do! 😂 I found her by looking at reviews and I'd hate to think that after seeing one negative review someone might think twice and miss out. Her work was top class. I will definitely be returning again and I would recommend her to the ladies of Birmingham and I couldn't give her any less than 5 stars.

Honestly Yasmine is such a good waxer she made it bareable, it wasn't as bad as I expected a Hollywood wax to be. she's very polite and friendly made me feel comfortable. The room is relaxing. I cant give Yasmine a bad review because compared to the previous waxing places I've been to Yasmine is the best !!!!!! She's a proper professional , wears gloves and doesn't double dip.
