I attended an evening appointment with Nicky for the 45 minute "Relaxology Treatment ". The treatment was a combination of Reflexology and massage, starting at my feet and concluding with a Neck, Shoulder and Scalp massage. O my !, I was totally relaxed, a brilliant mix of a fantastically administered treatment in a beautiful contemporary treatment room which provided all the suitable touches to induce relaxation. A heated couch, mood lighting, music and the amazing infusion of treatment oils. I cant recommend Inner Peace highly enough, Nicky is a friendly , professional therapist who displays great knowledge and skill. I cant wait for my next appointment.

She had a very thorough and safe approach to Covid precautions. By far the best experience I have had with beauty treatments, even better than those provided by luxury spa resorts. After a long tiring day at work I visited Nicola for a Thermo massage. What an absolutely wonderful experience. Nicola knew exactly where I needed extra attention and worked a small miracle on my tense and knotted muscles, tailoring the treatment to my individual needs. It was by far the best massage I have ever received. I have regular microdermabrasion facials and am always treated with courtesy and total professionalism. Absolutely wonderful. The building and location are modest but once inside it is on par with 5* spas. I have returned several times for body massage, it is extremely relaxing and the therapist is incredibly professional.
