S. A.The quality of the work they do is good but the customer service is not. I live near here so have been going regularly over the past few years out of convenience more so than any other factor. Once whilst getting my hair cut, the hairdresser stopped to answer a personal call. I went last week to get my face waxed and the lady who was doing it stopped three times to go off and look at her phone and chat to the receptionist. I only go here now when I have no other option.
