I have been seeing Nilima since salons reopened in 2020 and I can wholeheartedly say I trust her completely. Not only does she take the time to explain each treatment thoroughly, she is friendly, professional and her warm aura puts you at ease from the moment you get started. I have had numerous treatments, starting with simple brow threading to lash lifts, lash extensions, brow tints and lamination too. Nilima will take the time to understand you personally, and will consider your lifestyle to tailor her services to best suit your needs whilst providing a clear and realistic plan to get you your dream brows & lashes. Prior to seeing Nilima, I was always nervous about allowing someone to work on my brows after seeing the undeniable passion and expertise she has under her belt, I truly wouldn’t go elsewhere! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nilima and Preet are both very professional and my brows always look fabulous after their expert attention. Nilima and Preet are both lovely and so friendly, they have meticulous attention to detail whether waxing or threading. I have recently had some electrolysis and great results so far. I always look forward to my visits and will book an eyelash lift soon. I highly recommend this salon for outstanding care and attention and reasonable prices in a city centre location.

I would definitely recommend Nilima, she is friendly, welcoming and very professional. She is an expertise in her field and I always leave really happy with the results. She is also really accomodating. She will listen to your preferences and will try her best to help you achieve the result you want. I will definitely continue to go to Nilima in the future.

Nilima has a lovely aura and warm presence. She made me feel at ease through the whole eyelash perm treatment. I’ve been to many places, paid a lot of money- experienced poor results! After one visit for an eyelash perm- my eyelashes are beautifully curled and look super cute! Nilima gave me an in depth and knowledgable insight to how the process would work, she provided good tips and aftercare details. I have been visiting the salon for years simply because both Nilima and Preet are excellent. The service i receive is always professional, I am always happy with my treatments and they good value for money in comparison to other salons in the City Centre. Covid has been a concern, however I have been happy to receive treatments from J Beauty as treatment rooms are clean and masks are worn at all times. I have put eyebrow threading as there wasn't a microblading tab, but I had my eyebrows microbladed yesterday and they are AMAZING!! The girls at work can't believe how good they look and I am sooooo pleased with them thank you Nilima! What a professional lady, you won't find anyone who is as professional as Nilima. She is a perfectionist and I would recommend her to anyone who is considering this treatment. A lovely lady, very caring, calming and professional. Nilima was great and managed to book me in on short notice, despite being a first time customer! It was the least painful threading experience I’ve ever had! Will definitely be going back! Preet has been looking after my eyebrows since my first appointment with Nilima 8 months ago and I finally have even eyebrows after years of them being wonky! I’ve also started getting my underarms waxed which is surprisingly not that painful. Also tried a deep cleansing facial and my skin is glowing a day later! Nilima and the team are amazing! I've been booking my waxing appointments only with Nilima for more than a year now. I have had a few waxing horror stories.. but after the first session I had with Nilima I knew I had finally found a professional and didn't want to go to anyone else.
