Could I give 10 stars? Best experience I had lately, I had a facial with Ellie B. She made me feel comfortable and give me time to settle. As it was my first facial I was a bit unsure but I would highly recommend it now. Is not just a facial is a full experience for your face and all upper body muscle. Thank you again to Ellie! I went out from there feeling relaxed, fresh and my skin felt really smooth.

Had a deep tissue followed by hot stone back massage here, and I was able to ask for a little less pressure for the deep tissue :) the relaxing music, the massage, the warm room. It was extremely relaxing and I came out feeling drugged! Sign of a good massage ;) Would highly recommend. Really nice quality place

Had my facial today with Ellie. When you first walk in the environment is honestly breathtaking. It really does pause your chaotic life and brings you into heaven for a day. Definitely heaven on earth no exaggeration! Both Ellie and Laura were very kind and professional. Ellie catered for my nut allergy in one of the products and used an alternative. She was highly experienced, friendly and made me comfortable. The procedure just makes you realise how important skin care is, and how it positively affects your mental health! Made me interested into researching the skin profession myself! Already booked 3 other treatments! 10/10 thanks gurls x

I had the Mama Bear massage with Ellie and I wish it could have lasted forever! Ellie was professional and communicative the whole way through. The salon is set up beautifully and makes for an incredibly relaxing and tranquil experience. Will definitely be back!

Another word for 'haven' is oasis which means a pleasant or peaceful area or period in the midst of a difficult or hectic place or situation. And how true this is with Moseley Haven. I used them a little pre-COVID-19, and have used them several times since they were able to reopen following the easing of lockdown restrictions and each time has been simply a brilliant experience in spite of the various protocols they have in place for the safety and wellbeing of everyone. Alison and her team are incredibly competent and professional and yet also possess a genuine warmth and conversational approach. Do have a look and if you want to give them a try, book soon as they are deservedly very busy so it may be some time before you can get it! Simply a beautifully relaxing place.

Absolutely the best facial in the world. Actually, it can't really be described as a facial - it's an experience. I cannot recommend highly enough. I feel completely relaxed and restored after I have seen Alison. My skin looks and feels much brighter and hydrated. Everything about Moseley Haven is amazing. The service is second to none, the environment is fabulous and everyone who works there is professional and kind.

I have visited Moseley Haven twice now and both times the experience was AMAZING. I have never felt so good about myself and the results were instant (had both a manicure, pedicure and facial with Laura). I was so happy that I booked my next 4 sessions beforehand so as not to miss out on any Saturday bookings as that is the only day I have off work!! 🙈 I even purchased products to make a new skincare regime based on my skin consultation with Laura (out with the old) and it feels so manageable, kind to the skin and effective. Thank you ever so much to the lovely ladies at Moseley Haven (especially Laura)! I honestly really appreciate the attentiveness you show and absolutely love the ambience (it feels like luxury and truly a "haven").
