S. A.I have visited Parveens salon a number of times over the years the latest being for my daughters highlights,wash, dry and cut. Parveen herself was there she was lovely as ever, the staff are great poliet and professional. Sister Misbah attented to my daughter for the day and was professional as ever. I have always had a good experience at Parveens and highly recommend the salon. I always appreciate Pareveen advise as she has vast knowledge in beauty and know what she is talking about and have always had beautiful results at her salon. Sister Misbah has done the carbon facial for me a number of times and is very professional, kind and poliet. I can reccomend Parveens salons for your beauty needs anytime and to top it the the prices are fantastic. ENJOY!!!
S. R.Attended this salon as a visitor to Birmingham a couple of weeks ago. I had a facial done. Upon attending I asked about getting a facial, the woman then told me to “choose one as there’s loads” but wouldn’t give me the service list so I could see which are different. She just expected me to know. Finally after choosing one I sat down while her coworker did her eyebrows, I was waiting a maximum of 10 minutes which is fine, however she told me towards the end of my facial to come early next time as I am running over time by 10 mins. Had I have been able to get the facial as soon as I got in rather than having to wait for the two coworkers to do treatments on one another, I wouldn’t have been late. Upon starting the facial she told me this included massage, I explained I felt a bit self conscious about my body, I thought a beauty salon and fellow women would be understanding of this. However she snuck out the room and I could hear her laughing at me with her coworker. This was extremely embarrassing but I continued to take off my top nevertheless. She came back in and I asked her if she could dim the lights if I was getting a massage, as the lights were extremely bright and distracting. She did so, I was pleased. However she was very quick to snatch the towel from my body as she said it was “on wrong” and this exposed my body to her with no warning. I felt extremely upset. The rest of the treatment went well, however the other worker burst in the room and put the lights on, this was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She did not seem to care. When I was waiting for my face mask to set, I could hear both coworkers outside the room talking about me once again. Overall, the treatment was great but the professionalism was awful and I felt extremely degraded being in this beauty parlour. I probably won’t revisit Birmingham again either.

The staff and the owner herself are really nice to talk to always asking if your good and what your up to. honestly visiting this salon makes me feel like i am doing the right thing coming here the atmosphere is amazing always having a good laugh and talk when coming to do my eyebrows keep up the good work :)
u. m.I've been going to this salon for 10 years now and can honestly say I have never been disappointed in the service I have recieved! Amazing customer service, the quality of products are amazing also. I have always been conscious about my facial hair but since going to Parveens beauty salon I feel the most confident I have ever in my life, they have an amazing service for IPL laser and can honestly say it works and would highly recommend everyone to visit Parveens beauty salon. They say your beautician is your therapist and I can vouch for that and say every time I have gone in I feel as if though I have recieved the best treatment both aesthetically and mentally, the best part of my experience at Parveens has been being able to interact with the CEO of the business alongside other colleagues which is allays a bonus!! This can only mean on thing GO TO PARVEENS BEAUTY SALON!!!!!

h. h.i visited this salon for the first time due to another salon letting me down,best decision i made!!! .Parveen and her staff were very warm and friendly.First time i was getting my hair coloured (balayage )Parveen gave me the best advice and we had a look through the swatches wasn't too sure about the colours and what it would look like but Parveen put my mind at ease with her knowledge and experience.So pleased with the end result.Another bonus for this salon is the price , where other salons were charging extortionate amounts Parveen's prices cater for all where she wants everyone to feel and look amazing thankyou Parveen and your amazing team.

M. _.I’ve had an olaplex treatment here and a full leg wax . The staff were so polite and asked me if I was okay throughout both treatments. They were very welcoming and remained professional at all times. I would defoo recommend . The prices are also very affordable especially for what you get .

My new favourite salon to go to, nice calm clean environment. All the ladies are lovely here so I dont mind who I see. I like that Paeveen takes time herself to talk to you and get to know you which is always nice. Cant wait to try more treatments from here as the price is the cheapest I've seen anywhere! U. M.Just had my eid haircut from parveens. Really good and professional, friendly staff and reasonable pricing. I also got acrylic nails done by her. They stayed on for 4 weeks. I was really happy with the results. Would highly recommend her for hair and nails. 😊😊
K.I stuck to my eyebrow lady for a while until one day she got rude to me. So i walked away from her (because no matter how good the work is, customer service comes first). My friend told me to go PARVEENS. I went and my welcome there was so lovely. The women are friendly and talk to you, make you feel comfortable :) my eyebrows were done amazing, my mother complimented them! Which is very rare lool. Overall, ive been going parveens ever since and always get given the best customer service and fleeky eyebrows. Deffo reccommend

A. M.The best of the best. Parveen Baji is so down to Earth and humble. After everything life has thrown her she refuses to be the victim. She has worked so hard to get Parveen’s Salon to where it is today. I’ve been a customer since the very first days (on Bridge Rd).
All the ladies who work for Parveen Baji are amazing. They have awesome work ethic, will always greet you with a smile, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. The banter they have is unreal and I honestly have a great time for that one hour or so, each month. You walk out feeling refreshed, physically and mentally, that’s how they roll.
Last but not least, Parveen Baji is the first to support small and local businesses, which goes to show what kind of person she is. Oooh and did I mention this salon has the cheapest prices around! You CAN NOT find anything cheaper (waxing for sure!) I was paying ridiculous amounts ( I was abroad for a few years and I didn’t realise the salon had moved to Alum Rock, when I found out I ditched my wax lady and went right back).
Do check it out, the salon has recently been renovated, and looks absolutely gorgeous, the thought and personal touches gone into the place are stunning. I can vouch for this place and all the lovely ladies. You won’t be going anywhere after seeing what is on offer here.
