One of the best clinics I have been to. Highly recommend due to the care they give to their customers and always provide a high 5 star level of service. My treatments have never been rushed. They are very thorough and attentive. I never had to wait for my treatments. The clinic is and has always been very clean and inviting. Ive seen the equipment, couch, room thoroughly cleaned and sanititised after every treatment ive had so very reassuring under the current covid climate. My results have been amazing seeing results just after my 1st treatment is reassuring that I have chosen the right place and the best place. Staff are amazing very pleasant and courteous. Thank you so much for a great clinic and staff wouldnt go elsewhere.

I've had 6 sessions of Laser Hair removal treatments on 2 areas, and 2 sessions of Microdermabrasion & LED Light Therapy so far. I am extremely pleased with my results! My skin has become so much smoother, and lighter in colour that my scars are now barely visible. I am so happy I finally found this place. I had been trying to improve the appearance of old scars for nearly 2 years. I visited many clinics, and they advised Laser Skin Resurfacing would be the only option... The lovely lady at Pearl Skin Clinic thoroughly explained the treatments available, and put my mind at ease. She is very knowledgeable, and gives the best advice. This is a GENUINE review for everyone that has struggled with finding effective treatment for scars & hair removal. The staff including the owner are very welcoming, and friendly. The environment is clean, and I am always seen on time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They have some great packages available, go check them out👍

Been to many Laser Hair Removal places within Birmingham and haven't had any good Results / experience. So i Came across this place "Pearl Skin Clinic " . Thought I'd give them a try as I was starting to lose hope . I'm now glad that i did give this place a try the staff where very friendly and welcoming made me feel so relaxed and comfortable at ease and talked me through the procedure and had a great offer on there soprano laser hair removal. I can say after the first 3-4 visits I am seeing really good Results. This is my new laser hair removal place and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Every time I've come here I've been met with professional and helpful people. Yasmin in particular always makes me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable on my procedures. The soprona ice laser is excellent and the results last. I have very dark hair and light skin. Since covid they have even a higher standard of cleanliness. I would definitely recommend.

I'm super happy with my treatment. I brought a cheap deal online, just hoping to try out laser for the first time, and see whether it works or not. The lady during the consultation was very informative about the process and procedure, that she really helped in dispelling my initial doubts. I've completed 6 sessions on my arms and quickly saw that the laser they use is very effective. I've recommended my sister and cousins to this place. I really recommend this place if you want to see effective results with a friendly service. Thanks for being so professional, and I am thinking of having my legs treated as well now!

I first had laser treatment 10 years ago. At that time I was not impressed at all. I had thousands of pounds of treatment and multiple courses (maybe 30 - 40 sessions) and, whilst I noted a reduction in hair, it wasn’t such that I could stop waxing/threading. I noticed an offer at this clinic and decided to give it a try because it was such a good offer. They have a new laser called Soprano Ice which is superior to previous lasers because it’s advertised as painless. I agree it is painless and treatments were quick and comfortable, but the thing that’s impressed me most is just 6 sessions of the Soprano Ice laser has made a noticeable difference. It’s nearly a year since my last treatment and I’ve only had to wax once. My skin feels soft and smooth and there’s barely any regrowth. I can definitely recommend.

I am a one very happy customer. Have seen amazing results with the soprano ice laser after being very sceptical about the results and wasn't expecting too much from this clinic after being let down by others with no results. This clinic is honest, caring, considerate and very accommodating to all clients. Their appointment system is very good. And the staff are great. They provide high quality treatments and trust me this is the place to go if you want RESULTS. Their settings are never low in fact quite high based on skin colour and hair growth. And you do see a difference after just 1 session. They should charge more as it is worth it for the results. I think they are extremely cheap for offering the highest quality treatments and equipment. Have recommended this place to family and friends. Thankyou

Very very pleased with the results from this laser after trying so many out there and spending alot of money with no results. This laser soprano ice is far the best on the market to treat fine or thick hairs and is the most comfortable laser. Not many clinics or salons use this laser and very hard to find in Birmingham. The prices are extremely low for the service and quality this clinic offers. I would definitely pay more. After just 1 treatment I have seen a huge difference. The clinic is very clean and inviting with great atmosphere. The staff are very nice and they know what they are doing so you can be sure to be in the right hands and feel comfortable and at ease. Best value for money if you are looking for service, quality and want RESULTS. My results speak for themselves and I am very happy and highly recommend you won't be disappointed here so try it.

I travel from Derby to get treatment at this Clinic; have been going to this Clinic for over two years now, following a recommendation from a co-worker. I brought a package for my lower legs initially, and quickly saw results. Only having top ups on this area now, but have decided to invest and buy a package for my arms, underarms and lower back. So far, session 2 on this areas and it is going well. I'm very pleased with my results, and genuinely really impressed. The girls are really friendly, go out of their way to make you feel comfortable during your treatment, and really explain the process to you. There always happy to answer any questions and make sure that the treatment is thorough - really great customer service. My mom travels with me to Birmingham, and can't wait for me next session, because she knows that she'll enjoy another great chat with the receptionist, whilst waiting for me. Thank you girls!! Well pleased and very happy with my results after finishing my course of 6 sessions. I decided to leave a review of my own today after reading one of the reviews below. The person mentioned queue jumping which I found absolutely bizarre and dishonest. I travel an hour with 4 other people to this clinic, we were running late that day and only 4 of us managed to get our laser done but one remained. We politelty asked this lady whether she would allow the remaining one of us to go before her as we had my nephews birthday party to attend and she happily let my sister go before her. She didn't complain at all or even make apparent she was unhappy with us going ahead of her so to see she's now leaving a negative review is shocking to me. The clinic itself I cannot fault, I genuinely saw results after the very first session on my underarms and the therapist is always friendly. I'm so impressed with this place that my best friend plans to get her laser done here too.

The laser is very good, it definitely works and i find it is well priced compared to other clinics. The staff have also been generally helpful and nice. Some constructive feedback though, it would be more comfortable if the therapist left the room whilst the client undressed although on the couple of occassions i asked her to leave the room, she did. Secondly the gell used to facilitate the laser is spread on the skin using the actual machine, i feel it would be better to use a spatula as one time the gell wasn't spread enough and the laser burnt my upper leg a little. Would also be good to use a grid system as i feel the treatment would be more thorough, i feel it is easy to miss spots on large areas as the treatment is so quick. Generally a positive experience though.

Finally I found a clinic with the Best laser! I been to many other and with no result. One of the clinic even burned my skin and I had to go to doctors. But with the ice laser you don't feel anything and everything happens very Quick. And I can gurantee you the results are amazing! I'm ready for the summer! The gentleman on the desc is very polite, the therapist is lovely. Highly reccommend it!
