I was recommended this place through a family friend who has been going here numerous times for years. I was at first hesitating to go here as I have been to other salons even the big chain ones such as bad apple and local ones and paid way more and didn't achieve the colour I wanted as having asain hair it came out orangey I wanted the blonde ashy grey look. I last had it abroad and couldn't find a good place to achieve the same look. I am soo happy I found this salon. I cried happy tears literally. Salma did an amazing job she 100% knows what's good for your hair. I trusted the process as I have had bad past experiences but I was really really happy with the final result. Exactly like the one I had abroad I wanted this colour for soo long and finally salma achieved it and she even curled it for me which made it look even perfect. It is now my go to salon. I have recieved numerous compliments and loads of people wanted there number. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Even though in the morning I had a half 10 appointment and another customer came shortly after had the same time as me I ended up waiting 2 hours extra and was after the other customer which I was slightly annoyed but they apogised saying you should have been seen first. They were very sincere and I understand it was very busy at the time. The hospitality was amazing. I will definitely be coming back no matter how far it is. Salma has worked her magic on my hair I can't recommend her enough. I 100% recommended this salon. Trust the process

I love this salon. I'm extremely happy with my hair colour and cut and blow dry!!!! Umreen did mine and my daughters hair and we are so happy with the service we received. Very professional hairdresser. Reheela did my face waxing and eyebrows with tint. I will always come back to this lady to do my facial treatments as they are always on point 😀. Well worth the money!!

went to this salon a few weeks back before the lockdown. i needed my waxing done but the queue was big and it was fairly busy, however the owner of the salon dealt with the queue very well and i was seen to a lot sooner than I thought. clean salon, good staff, friendly place to visit. thank you . i will be visiting again for sure.

I visited this salon just before the lockdown, i was very impressed with the customer service by all the members of staff, my temperature was taken on arrival and I was asked questions regarding any contact or symptoms of covid-19, forms were also filled. I went in for some beauty treatments which were performed in a very professional manner. I know how hard it has been but Ritz have been taking extra precautions . cant wait for it to re open. reasonable prices.

Ritz is the place to go, always get my hair done from here and all my beauty treatments. Ladies are lovely. I’ve tried so many hairdressers but no one has ever achieved what I want. Extremely happy client. Defo recommend !!!

I have been going to the Ritz Salon for approximately ten years. They are absolutely excellent and always willing to accommodate you with the beauty treatment you require even if you pop in at the last minute. The beauticians are professional in their manner, excellent skills in beauty treatments. The environment is clean, friendly with a warm atmosphere. Prices have remained the same despite the COVID Pandemic. Ritz you are the best and a BIG THANK you for keeping me beautiful dont ever close. Keep up the good work 😍😀😚

Love this place, have been getting my eyebrows done here for a while and they have always done them perfectly. They have some new staff that are very friendly as well as very professional. Recently when I came in they welcomed me with a smile and made me feel really comfortable. Definitely going to stick to this place.

Very friendly and loving salon, great customer service, went in for eyebrows and they were over to me and sat me down quickly and did them straight away, always have great music playing and its a nice fun atmosphere. I have been coming to this salon for over 7 years, always had that homely welcoming feel whenever i attend. Its so convenient that it is a walk in salon as well as an appointment based salon as it is flexible as I have children. I would highly recommend this salon as they are excellent at eyebrows and facials, as well as all other hair and beauty treatments. I always get compliments on my hair colour too, they always get it spot on. Overall great staff and great atmosphere!

Ritz is a highly recommended beauty shop. I really enjoy my treatments and the staff are really polite. I never have an issues however like all places due to how busy the shop is there is a small wait time however not more then 15 minutes. The treatments are priced fairly and Iv never been given a chance to complain. if you haven't been already please do the service is great.

I went in for a cut & colour, had an appointment booked with salma, 10/10 for her customer service, she went above & beyond. Initially my colour was lighter than expected however she very quickly rectified this - God bless her such a lovely lady, nothing was too much trouble for her. Whilst there i got the impression the owner is very lazy, likes to cut corners & rush into the finished product, actually had the cheek to say to me the hairdresser has spent 4 hours doing your hair!!!

My hairdressers Amreen and Sam were amazing and so dedicated considering I wanted silver full head highlights on my dark hair. Service was amazing and we even had a littlw photoshoot at the end. Highly reccommend!

Puja and maryaam are brilliant but Nadia seems a bit arrogant and gives too much eye contact which creeps me out I didn't want nadia doing my hair she seems inexperienced Proof was in My high lights I asked for ash blonde and she gave me copper high lights I said I didn't want them too light but that didn't mean I wanted them orange brown. Just because your hairs copper doesn't mean we all want that she jumps to conclusions before you tell her Also maryaam wouldn't let me leave the first time I got my hair done she said it's too light I'm not letting you leave with out a toner isn't that kidnapping ? She said I'm too dark to have light hair and it wouldn't suit me They told me price was ** 60 but then charged extra 20 for toner This is why she wouldn't let me leave I told her I only have five to give and she took it I went home saw lumps of dandruff and hard crusty flakes on top of hair Clearly my hair was not washed properly by Nadia The color the first time was OK just not happy with these young women thinking they know it all

Love these girls Maryam, Salma, Nadia for hair and my lovely Raman (on maternity leave) or Kamal anyone actually for waxing and threading. Often busy but will always squeeze you in always treated like family ❤️❤️❤️
