Was looking for a place to have my eyebrows done, and from their reviews they did not disappoint. I have the same eyebrow lady each time I go which I love as she is already familiar with my eyebrows. Never had such an amazing experience just for eyebrows! She explains the procedure beforehand and tells you what she will be removing. After eyebrows are done she informs you on what your next appointment should look like. Gives great advice and truly wants the best for you and your eyebrows! 1000% recommend!!!

A very nice and relaxing appointment with lovely Kuldip, she has saved my eyebrows and now they grow in shape so I come back to have them threaded every once in a while and I love the way they look. Kuldip is a master at her work. She permed my lashes and the curl lasted four months! The first photo is straight after treatment and the second is 12 weeks later. Best eyebrows every single time!! In times when we have most of our face covered with masks - your eyes and eyebrows are the most visible part of your face so having clean beautiful eyebrows can make a huge difference to how you look & feel. Extremely friendly, professional and always on time. She is very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable straight away. The whole process is quite quick. What impresses me the most is her attention to detail. My skin and hair growth improved so much after using her services. She simply knows her stuff!

I don't normally come on here and write positive reviews; as you can see from my review history, but I felt compelled to after seeing the two star review. Serenity is my regular salon since I moved to Birmingham, over a year ago from London. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 20 years and I can honestly say, since coming to Serenity, these are the best my eyebrows have looked! I also use the following treatments from Serenity regularly; full face and full body wax. Kuldip does an amazing job and makes you feel comfortable during the whole process. The best place for de-stressing! When you're having a bad day and you leave fully relaxed and smiling after a beauty session with Kuldip :) My eyebrows are looking amazing, finally getting some shape after another treatment - very professional advice and I never thought my eyebrows could look good again! Started going to the salon around a year or two ago with terrible shaped eyebrows and have been every 3 weeks since! Kuldip threads my eyebrows at a fantastic price and they look the best they've ever looked. They're fuller, growing in the right direction and perfectly threaded. Really recommend her salon and the products she uses too. Honest advice on skincare and will even recommend products that she doesnt have if she believes its better suited - beautician with your needs in mind, not hers. Her husband Kal will always greet you with a smile and a chit chat when you walk in and they always do everything they can to accommodate my beauty needs around my constantly changing schedule. After growing out my eyebrows for a solid 2 months I was very apprehensive about letting someone new do them. Going to Serenity was the best decision I've made all year! The woman was lovely! Hands down! Both Kuldip and Kal are amazing. It's been nearly 2 years since I first contacted them interested in having my first ever Wax. I was really nervous on my first booking but honestly Kuldip made me feel so at home that still to this day Serenity is the one and only salon that I go to for any of my treatments. Excellent service. Had booked a gel nail treatment for my daughter but when Kuldip examined her nails she advised against this as nails were not strong enough. She spent time advising my daughter how to look after her nails at home and suggested alternative polishes that were more gentle. Although my daughter ended up having the cheaper and quicker treatment Kuldip still spent the full 45 minutes doing a really first class manicure with lots of helpful tips and hints. A very professional service from a lovely lady who is passionate about providing the right treatment for her clients.

Kuldip saved my skin. Growing up I've always had problematic skin which resulted in me using harsh products and peels to rectify these issues at a very young age. I also went to other skin clinics that gave me very abrasive treatments. When I came to kuldip my skin was damaged and looked awful from the years of neglect and poor choices. Instead of selling pointntless product's and abrasive peels/treatments she got to the core of the problem. She talked to me about my diet and helped me understand what I should and shouldn't eat, she recommended vitamin supplements to heal the skin from within combined with appropriate skin care to treat the skin. It's now been one year since I first came to kuldip and my skin has completely changed and looks amazing. She's the best in her field and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I recently moved to Birmingham and I really wanted to find a good and affordable beauty clinic in the city centre and I was so happy to find Serenity on Temple Row! They offer threading services, which is what I wanted primarily, and it's very professional and hygienic inside! The cost is very affordable for a city center beauty salon, and I'm always impressed with the service! Kuldip's skill is uncompareable to the Superdrug threading counter, and her threading always hurts less and lasts longer. I've had many mishaps at other clinics who don't listen to what I would like. She also threads eyebrows exactly the way I want. I've also had issues with dry lips, and purchased a shea better balm after Kuldip recommended it, and I have to say that it worked very well! I would definitely recommend Serenity to anyone.

Me and my sister have been coming to Serenity since 2014 when we moved to Birmingham and even though we now live 2 hours away we still come every month because there's no place like this anywhere. I call Kuldip my eyebrow queen and would highly recommend her to anyone!! She's amazing and friendly which keeps me at ease even during other treatments!!

I had one of the Guinot facials and it was my first facial. The therapist talked me through every step and gave me information on all the products that were being used. She took out all the blackheads on my nose and warned me of the pain and potential peeling. My friends/family have all commented how amazing my skin looks and once lockdown is over my friends will definitely be using the service.

Kuldip assessed my skin in an initial consultation and advised on the best treatment based on my concerns, rather than offering a generic one-sized fit all facial. Not only has Kuldip helped to even out my problem areas, my skin now glows with health. She was extremerly apologetic about the fact they were in a temporary location, although it really wasn't a problem at all. She was extremerly easy to speak with, explained everything that she was doing, made colour suggests when I was unsure what to go for and I left feeling relaxed and very happy. 2 weeks later and my nails still look great and I have had no problems. I have been a customer of this salon for 10 years now - I have gotten to know Kuldip and Kal pretty well in this time. I tend to have eyebrow tint and shaping, eyelash tint, half arm waxing but have also had facials, manicures, pedicures and gels in my time. I have never opted to go elsewhere. The service, prices and treatments are the best !! have to say I was alarmed by reading the earlier negative comment on here ! I have never seen evidence of this and was quite appalled reading it, as it makes little sense to me - why would someone try to deliberately jeopardise someone's livelihood with a clearly bogus review is bizarre ?? So I'd encourage anyone to contact Serenity, book in and see for yourself. Kuldip is very flexible, friendly and accommodating. Outstanding! I was looking for somewhere in Birmingham city centre that I could pop into from work. I was checking another place and Serenity popped up. I read the website info and found it to be informative and reassuring, sympathetic to those of us who unfortunately appear to have been crossed with a goat!! I read the reviews and called up. I was taken back to be greater by a Man but he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Appointment booked! I arrived and was greeted by a lovely lady who turned out to be the nicest and most effective therapist. I had the best and least painful leg, bikini and Brazilian wax EVER! And it was fun!! Already booked to go back. This is an absolute gem and I recommend you give them a try. I’m actually looking forward to going back - what a giggle.

Serenity the Beauty Clinic is AMAZING. I had suffered with acne from the moment I hit my teens, I tried anything I could get my hands on hoping I could finally get rid of the huge lumps and scars I had all over my face. Nothing worked. I started having facials with Kuldip in August 2014, since then my skin has cleared and all the redness and acne scars have faded. We're now working on getting rid of the pitting and I have 100% confidence that Kuldip will make this happen. I used to wake up in the mornings to new breakouts, now every time I look in the mirror I'm amazed at how much my skin is improving. I don't think I've ever told the team at Serenity how grateful I am, thanks to them I no longer have to hide behind layers of makeup and for the first time in about 10 years I can leave the house without foundation. I only started going to serenity a couple of months ago as they managed to squeeze me in to get my eyebrows done in my lunch break! Since then kuldip and kal have always made time to fit me in and make me feel welcome even if it's last minute. They are vey personable and down to earth which I really appreciate. I asked advice about my skin and different things i.e. Microdermabrasion she knew straight away my skin type and that I had under skin acne which would just make my skin worse she knew what would be good for my skin without looking for a further way of getting an extra sale out of me (which most salons do these days.) Kuldip really is an expert in all things beauty. I went in for a bikini wax but whilst there I spoke with receptionist about my skin flare up. He highlighted this to Kuldip senior therapist and she gave me so much time advising me on vitamins and skin regimes and working on my skin from the inside out. She even showed me in a book the theory behind her advice. I was desperate for a quick fix and willing to pay for a peel or anything etc but she would not do this. Instead of taking money like most salons would she was honest and genuinely seemed to want to help. Anyway I'm two weeks into my vitamins that I bought from the salon and my face is soooo much better! Oh and on a side note.... Let's face it Hollywoods and Brazilians are never fun but she does it so quickly it is the most pain free I have had. I won't be going anywhere else!
