There was a slight mix-up with my appointment time, but the wonderful receptionist couldn't have been more apologetic. The treatment itself was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and the therapist who carried out the procedure was very informative and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my time so much and have another two treatments to look forward to.

I had my fourth laser hair removal treatment today. The lady I had was called Kemi and I hadn’t had her before. She was fantastic, made me feel at ease and really spent time on my treatment. I feel like she didn’t miss a spot and cared about the results I would receive. I have made sure I have booked in with her on my next treatment. Don’t let her leave VG Medi spa!*****

So far only been for a patch test and I can say that so far the service offered has been excellent! Special mention and thanks to Laura who was lovely during the consultation and patch test. Very friendly and professional in general, plus the clinic has a very high end classy Vibe to it. Looking forward to starting the laser hair removal course very soon. :)

Kemi (the person who did the laser treatment last time) was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She also seemed concerned and helpful when I said I hadn't noticed any progress since the previous session and she put the frequency up. This time I could actually feel something and I hope to see better results this month. In previous sessions, I didn't feel any pain at all and, despite saying it, they didn't put up the frequency -which I think slowed the progress in the treatment. I'm sure they do it in an attempt at not causing pain, but we all know that the laser needs to be slightly painful for it to be effective... Otherwise, it feels like we're wasting money!

I have to say my experience was nothing short of fantastic and this was all due to Pam. She explained the procedure for mole removal to me and arranged my appointment. On the day of the visit she greeted me and explained the procedure again and went through the relevant paperwork. The nurse that was doing the procedure was running a little late and Pam made sure she kept me updated. Overal one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Thanks Pam.

Birmingham Only based on service , not yet results . I had some confusion and questions regarding the areas included in full face. I emailed head office and they couldn't have been more professional. EXCELLENT! They emailed very swiftly and my notes subsequently passed onto the Birmingham Salon. At the Salon the staff were friendly, accommodating and my appointment was quick and easy. Kemmi the laser technician was absolutely great, she had previously put up with a lot of my questioning of the area size and answered my questions to my satisfaction. She made sure my level was high enough for me to feel ( and have an effect) and that gave me confidence in the salon. I have had laser for a very long time on and off, this is a good place to go. Ask for Kemmi - she gets on with it and it's worth it. Fingers crossed results are as good!

Came in with my daughter for laser hair reduction initial consultation and her first treatment. Daughter was quite nervous about treatment as she has sensitive skin and has been putting it off! Laura made her feel comfortable and put her mind at ease, was thorough with her explanations of the treatment and was alert to any medication she is currently on. She gave my daughter clear instructions what to do before. Booked her in within a few days of my enquiry and got her first treatment in within the same week. Had no issues booking in her second appointment. Slight misunderstanding with the payment options but this was resolved. Team at front desk were helpful, courteous and even came out to me while I waited in the car to update of complications, which I think very good customer service, as she had forgotten to bring her prescribed skin creams. Can't say too much on results, as she has only had the first treatment today. There was no reaction to her skin on either treatments. Now on the 3rd laser hair removal session, she still has 3 more to go. I can hand on heart report of a marked reductions in varied parts of her body, with significant areas where no growth is occurring. Being of asian ethnicity I was really weary and cautious about subjecting her to this, however she has not experienced any skin irritations, burns or bruising, always returning in a positive mood. The lady who does the session has remained the same to date. They are moving central to Birmingham so it makes it easier to get to appointments now, yey. Only annoying thing is you have to shave everywhere but the long term gains outweigh that. Got to save to get myself sorted too.

I had my laser session today and my therapist was Francise -she is truly a gem, she made me very, very comfortable and she was very friendly. The time went very quick and I felt at ease the whole time. Francise noticed a shaving rash on parts of my body and said she will do those parts on a later day, she was very professional, and the receptionist Sarah told me that they will do those parts at the end of the treatment. Thank you Francise and Sarah!

Very friendly staff. Minor disparities in their booking system between what you're told when you book, the appointment reminder text you receive, and the time they think your appointment is (I've had all three be different before). I'm MtF trans and I've had 11 sessions of laser there thus far, and for the price I've had frankly life-changing results. 80% of my facial hair (I have very dark hair and quite pale skin) is gone for a total cost of ~£320 thus far.

Good experience definitely will be back for further treatments. Both administration staff and therapist were extremely attentive, relaxing atmosphere and greeted with a genuine smile, highly recommend. The overall environment feels very up market which I prefer reminded me of salons in Kensington. Thank you ladies x

I had my forth session today with kammi she was too good the way she done my treatment she covered all the areas, worth spending money on treatments like this. Last 3 treatment were jus a rush and didn’t made any difference on my skin kammi were so good and booking rest of my sessions with her.
