W. H.My first visit to Wax Stop Birmingham. Great location 4 minutes walk from bus stops. 7 minutes walk from Jewellery Quarter train station and tram stop. Salon is very clean and modern. Vanessa was friendly, professional and efficient. I can't wait to go back again.

R.I have been waxing for many years and can safely say I've had my share of satisfactory and borderline disasterous waxes. Wax Stop is in a lovely quiet part of the Jewellery Quarter, what I love about it is, it's private when inside the actual place. On arrival you check in via a barcode which is awesome if you're being waxed as your wax will not be disturbed. Vanessa is up there with one of THE best waxers out there, she is professional, knows exactly what she's doing and is friendly and bubbly (exactly what you need when having 4000 hairs pulled out your leg simultaneously). I'm not sure what's in the wax Wax Stop use but my skin has never been so smooth! Usually my skin feels itchy, dry and tacky but there was none of that after this wax. It's safe to say I have finally found my go to wax lady and thanks to Vanessa I can permanently say goodbye to my razor 😂
S.This is my go to place for waxing. Always have a great experience that is professional and friendly. Highly recommend this spot to anyone. Vanessa is amazing at what she does. Also great bonus parking outside is cheap.
