I have visited this nail bar many times each time i have received excellent service. My most recent visit today, i had a manicure and pedicure... the lovely gentleman (didn't catch his name) did an excellent job, he was very kind, professional and friendly. I love my nails! Thank you so much. Will continue to use this nail bar. x
O. A.I am in love with my nails! they did an amazing job and were so cautious in making sure they were just how i wanted. would definitely recommend! a lady called Mo did my nails and they were just what i wanted.

M. S.It's ok! Wouldn't say it was the best for customer service to be honest, felt rushed. Alarming levels of alcohol fumes within the shop. I'm pretty sure they need a better ventilation system.
S. A.I'm not from Birmingham but I've tried a lot of nail salons here (Mint, Nails 4 U, Nails Inc, etc) but this one is my favourite and I'll definitely be returning. My shellac nails were done really well and she took off my acrylic nails patiently (soaked off and then filed) so wasn't a painful experience at all.
They were quick and accommodated me with an appointment out of the blue. The woman who served me was lovely. I was really happy.
Yes the place is cash only, there's a note on the wall to state so. It's close to the train station. The price was a fair price too. When in doubt just drop them a quick call - She gave me a price quote over the phone and let me know if it was busy/if there will be a wait.
I'll be back again soon!

I had nail extensions & gel polish - nails have stayed immaculate and will be getting them done again Halloween.

M. P.Got acrylics done and the women repeatedly pulled on my hand when it wasn't necessary , she was very rude and rushed my nails, they were ok but could have been much better for the price i paid. Her service wasn't the best.
M. H.I'm always being dragged in here when my girlfriend gets her nails done. She always seems happy with the results and that's the most important thing to her.
From my perspective it always seems busy, but the staff seem skilled and are quick to work through the queues. Which to me is the most important!
The loyalty card is a nice touch. Just wish you could pay by card instead of being cash only.
y. a.Popped in today on spec no problem what so ever. Didn't have to wait to long.. Place was busy only thing I could moan about was the lady who done my nails didn't seem to understand English which is a shame,. She did a great job of my nail will be going back next time I'm in brum.
C. W.I am very surprised by the previous two reviews as I have been going to Yoshe for nearly two years now and they always do a lovely job. I have acrylic nails with a gel overlay and also have my toenails done. I have never lost a nail in all that time and I go three weeks for an infill.
I would recommend them to anyone.
C. K.I recently went to a different salon and had acrylics done, and they were horrible. I came to Yoshe today for them to fix my nails on recommendation from a friend. Kammy was AMAZING and did a fantastic job fixing the mess another salon did. They are so beautiful, I will definitely come back. Ignore the other reviews, I would highly recommend going to Yoshe and ask for Kammy. :)
H. M.I don't have any previous connection to this business, or even Birmingham. I stopped in today on my first trip to the city as I had a few hours to kill before getting a train home to Glasgow. I was a bit dubious after reading these reviews, but went anyway since it was close to the train station and time was limited.
Either my experience was vastly different or the negative reviews here are not terribly accurate. They accommodated me without an appointment and with no trouble. I had read on the reviews that they take cash only, so stopped to get some English notes (so often places in England have issues with Scottish banknotes, which was all I had on me, and I didn't fancy an argument about what constitutes legal tender!). There is a sign at the entrance which alerts you to the cash-only till.
Service was friendly and efficient and, most importantly, the nail technician did a fantastic job of my shellac manicure. Much better than my usual place in Glasgow- makes me wish I had cause to be in Birmingham more regularly! If I am ever back in the city and need my nails done I wouldn't hesitate to return.

n. P.Always lots of staff, you are greeted as you arrive always busy chairs always has bums but the women in here are so excellent at their jobs that you will wait or come back. I love the atmosphere women talk all over smiles laughter. Everyone may have their favourite nail tec which can make waiting longer but clean environment very friendly staff had great uplifting conversation would definitely recommend this place

It was clear I was having a mani pedi and this was £40 (expensive for what it is) and extra £10 for shellac which dries quicker.
What wasn't said is that it was £10 extra for fingers and £10 extra for toes. When I was told it was £10 extra it wasn't said for each.. baring inin she knew I was having the same on both sets of nails.. so I was expecting to pay £50 but was asked for £60.. not impressed.

H. U.Over priced £35 for ombré short nails and next time I went they said £50. Drilled a little too much that my cuticle was bleeding on 1 finger. Slight language barrier and lack of costumer service from some, but nails themselves are good and most staff are polite.
