Such a great experience at this clinic. Kerry is so professional and friendly. Really transparent about how long treatment will take, pricing and what to expect. You can tell Kerry really cares about her clients and getting the best results for them. I’ve seen a huge difference in my skin and the confidence it’s given me is amazing. Kerry is very friendly & professional with how she treats her patients. She has loads of experience, like over 10 years. She is up front and honest about the process. It is a process that takes time. If you want to know about the science behind it, Kerry will tell you, which is always useful. I can pass that knowledge onto the other girls who are considering laser. I'm 3/8 into a course of treatment and there are clear gaps in the hair growth where it is not coming back, and those areas of my skin are so clear now. I'm so excited for it all to be done, and to have clear smooth skin. Laser hair removal is painful, but so is epilating & waxing. If like me, you've got dark hair & pale skin, then it is most likely to work on you. But it is never guaranteed. All in all, I'd recommend Laser Skin Solutions. Laser is not cheap, but it is an investment in your skin, and it is worth it.

Laser skin solutions were very professional and informative with expert advice. The customer service was above and beyond with regular check ins about any responses to the treatment. I have had stubborn hand eczema for many years, I’ve tried everything to heal it, including NHS dermatologists, and nothing has worked except the light treatment offered here. I had light treatment at the clinic and also rented a dermalux light to use daily. I also had recommendations about products to avoid, general lifestyle and dietry advice. When the the skin was not completely healed after the initial treatment plan, I was offered more treatment and advice at no extra cost until the skin was healed. Since this treatment and lifestyle changes my hands are healed up completely. If I ever have any more skin problems I will be coming back here for expert advice! Wow what a superb clinic! My laser treatments at Laser Skin Solutions have been absolutely amazing. Kerry is thorough, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and it shows. The consultation took over an hour and everything was explained in full without the hard sell, in fact she urged me to ‘go away and think about it’. My mind was made up but she insisted that at the consultation we could only do a test patch. I came in a week later and started my treatment. I’ve been absolutely chuffed, not just with the results but my whole experience at the clinic. From start to finish it has been brilliant. I had initially sent out a few enquiries but Laser Skin Solutions was the first one to respond. I was honest and said I’d planned to book in elsewhere too for a consultation just to compare and it was refreshing to hear that Laser Skin Solutions actually encourage this! In fact I was told to go for 3 if I had the time LOL! As it turns out, I cancelled the second consultation I’d booked as I was so impressed with the whole initial appointment when I met Kerry. There was quite a bit of paperwork to go through but it made me feel confident that the clinic was being thorough. I had my patch test and left with written aftercare and clear instructions on how to prepare for my treatment and also told I could call any time if I had any issues (as expected I didn’t). I had few unsuccessful experiences before so I was a bit sceptical about it. After reading reviews about Laser Skin Solutions, I decided to give it a go. I went to consultation for hair removal (underarms) and had a patch test.The clinic is very clean and easy to find. There are also plenty car parking spaces. Ellis made me feel very comfortable. She is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. During my first consultation, she explained to me everything in detail ( how treatment works, science behind it and how hair grows). I felt really confident after that information she gave me. I had laser treatment in 2 other clinics previously. To my surprise I was informed that you shouldn’t have the treatment when you have an active tan and therefore should wait, possibly months until the tan isn’t active for best results. I had not been made aware of this before visiting Laser Skin Solutions. Laser Skin Solutions genuinely have their clients best interests at heart. I returned for treatment at the suggested time and was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend. FAST Forward 4 months. I have recently re visited Laser Skin Solutions to try out the new ONDA fat reduction technology. The experience was painless and enjoyable considering what I was there for. It was like a deep tissue massage. Apparently it takes 1 month to see the results so will I update my review on the outcome. The area treated was cellulite on the backs of my legs. Service was very professional and friendly and as this was my second visit felt even more at ease than my first.

I chose LSS after doing research online for a local clinic which had good quality equipment, and experienced staff that were well-trained by an accredited organisation. Treatments are an investment, and I do wonder why I waited so long to start having them! So I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kerry, especially for laser hair removal. Kerry makes sure that pain is minimal at all times, whilst delivering the appropriate dose. I was looking for a laser clinic in Bournemouth which did hair removal as well as skin treatments. I did go to a couple of other places for a consultation but it quickly became apparent that Laser Skin Solutions was where I wanted to have treatment. For a start the other places only did a 20 minute consultation and one of them wanted me to have my first treatment there and then, which I've since discovered isn't even covered by insurance as you have to have a patch test first. I am absolutely delighted with my treatment so far. I'm loving my laser hair removal. Tattoo is due to start soon and I can't wait to my next Onda fat reduction treatment on my stomach! The clinic is extremely clean and bright and I love the fact there's a choice of lasers, all of which apparently medical grade. Ellis is fab, really knowledgable and it's reassuring to know that Kerry trains the medical profession in how to do laser treatments. I was unlucky enough to entrust someone to do semi-permanent eyebrows on me, which ended terribly. The ink used was the wrong colour and the shape, well they are both different!! Because of this, I have been very self conscious and embarrassed because i know how badly they look. Since then I have been on a brow journey, as they say, trying to find someone who I can trust to remove them. I then found Kerry and her team! Kerry was very reassuring and very professional. This clinic is wonderful! I've always had problematic skin and been dubious about what professional treatments can really do. I was worried about wasting money on things which wouldn't work and that I'd feel even worse about it all than beforehand. I have had for the past few years my chest, abs and back waxed, I was told about laser hair removal by a family member, whilst the initial thought of the cost had put me off for a while, I finally decided to bite the billet and see what laser hair removal was all about. Sadly my first treatment was just as the COVID-19 pandemic was starting to take ahold of the United Kingdom, however as lock down had not been actioned and COVID-19 cases were still very low the treatment took place, taking all appropriate measures. As the weeks surpassed and I wondered if a second treatment would ever happen, thankfully six weeks ago I had the second treatment and my third only yesterday (3 Sep 20) I can not believe the difference and just how effect this treatment process is.. I had next to no bodily hairs prior to yesterdays treatment on my chest and can’t wait to see how effective it is over the next few weeks. Yes, the treatment has a mind, temporary pain. But 5-10 minutes after the treatment any mild pain has dispersed. Both members of staff are 100% professional and are taking the appropriate measures with clients during this time of social distancing and Covid-19 checks. I would strongly recommend this form of treatment to any male who dislikes bodily hair on their chest, abs or back.
