Tan Shack is the only place I would use for Sunbeds in the Dorset area. I'm naturally pale with blonde hair and currently look like I've been residing in Spain for the last couple of years,, which never happens!! The tan is amazing, no need for creams or anything artificial either! The staff are friendly, professional but also offer an abundance of safety advice. I was using alternative salons previously and the beds here are a lot stronger and tan you a lot quicker and I'm glad I took their advice before going on for the length of time I had normally done elsewhere. The pricing is fantastic, the cheapest but most fair in the area and the service is great. I'm never waiting longer than 10 minutes to use the beds! I'm so glad they are opening another Venue in Fern down! A huge thank you to Rachid and Ryan for always being friendly and helpful. This place feels more than just a sunbed shop! I've met some amazing people here and I will continue to be loyal customer for a long time.

I have only ever used sun beds a few times, but years ago, as I just wasn't that interested. After my sister asked me to try this place I was hooked. Malibu is AMAZING! Literally see results after 10 mins. As for the price (and I've compared to other places now) it is extremely good value for money! Definitely recommend 👌

Tan shack is incredible! Literally the BEST tanning shop I’ve ever been to, they’ve recently installed two new beds called fiji & santorini which are the go to’s! The staff are amazing and always make you feel comfortable & I cannot explain how well they keep to the hygiene standards, 10/10 wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Good variety of sunbeds, normal and advanced strengths, lie down and stand up... Only problem being is having to wait for your turn can be quite a long time, I'm sure this will ease up after a few weeks

Cannot recommend Tan Shack Bournemouth enough. Best Beds, Best prices and Rachid and his team are so friendly and so helpful! I would recommend Tan Shack to anyone, from tanning novice to tanning pros! Super clean facilities, antiperspirants available in each booth. Spot on!

** Edit: after my complaints, the store owner has been great in contacting me and apologising for the issues. i think it was more of a staff error than an issue with the entire shop. However, I still cannot give 5 stars due to the damage my eyes received and the service I personally received! ** As a first-time user of sun beds I decided to try out the tan shack. Upon arrival I told the (rude, had an ear phone in whilst I was talking to him) man at the desk that I had never used sun beds and didn't know much about them. I told him I wished to only do 4 minutes, as I am pale and burn easily - he then pushed that I should do 6 minutes so I went along with it. After using the bed I was burnt as expected. I also went straight in, without having to fill out any paper work about my skin type etc - which I've now been told is a mandatory requirement in other shops. Finally, the worst part of my experience as a first time user was that I was not informed of or given any eye protection. When I was in the sun bed, I felt something wasn't right as my eyes were burning and I could hardly see when I got out. I then realised afterwards that eye protection is necessary when using sun beds and I had seriously damaged eyes from using the beds at the Tan Shack. I clearly informed the workers that i had no idea about sun beds and they failed to inform me of how to safely use sun beds. I will not be using this salon again, they are very unsafe and it should be investigated be the Health and Safety Executive.
