My first visit and it will not be my last. Really friendly staff and comfortable setting. My nails are gorgeous, and the nail technicians helped each other out in terms of nail art. It was a really lovely experience. I plan on booking in for more treatments soon.

Absolutely amazing experience! I had my first ever Hollywood wax with Kirsten and she was fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable and explained the whole process making sure I was okay the whole way through! Will definitely go back to Kirsten again!

Perfect level of top professionalism and genuine warmth from all staff and Kirsten made microblading a very comfortable experience. Had my first appointment with Michelle on Friday having not cut my hair since before lockdown. The salon is beautiful, such a lovely atmosphere and the staff were all really nice. Michelle was brilliant, really listened to what I wanted and put me right at ease. This ended up being the best haircut I ever had, honestly I don't think hairs ever looked this good! Can't thank Michelle enough and I definitely won't be going anywhere else from now on!

It was my first ever visit to UBH yesterday and what an experience! A very friendly, warm and welcoming environment. I was booked in for 3 different treatments and the girls made me feel very relaxed and right at home! The separate treatments ran very smoothly one after another (I wasn't left waiting) and they were very organised and informative. I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking in again. What a lovely experience, staff were so friendly and made us feel at ease. If I wasn't living in Carmarthen I'd visit more often. However, we were disappointed with the spray tan myself and two daughters had for her wedding. Manicures were lovely though.

It was lovely. I have to use a wheelchair and was my 1st visit. The salon is in a pedestrian area.. The owner met my Husband at the footbridge and wheeled me to the salon. I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped. Sara was lovely am so pleased highly recommend. When my treatment was done the owner wheeled me back to the footbridge thank you.

I had a dermaplane facial and gold mask with Sophie - it was absolutely amazing! She is really lovely and the facial has left my skin feeling so fresh and radiant. I was nervous as I’m in my forties and not had this treatment before but it was worth every penny. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to go back for my next session!
