S. M.Luia in Brighton Boots was delightful. Considering she’s quite new to her role, she behaved as she’d been waxing eyebrows for ages. She knows her products well and upsold me by approx £60. with some great products I would not have thought of buying as I was getting my brows waxed on impulse as there was a space between booked appointments. I would not hesitate in recommending Luia, my brows look great for the 1st time since before lockdown!

S. E.After being at home for so long I was nervous about venturing out but Charlotte on the Benefit counter (Boots Brighton) made me feel so comfortable and safe - she completely put me at ease. Her advice on the shape of my brows was spot on and her knowledge of the products was amazing. Previous experience with having my brows waxed very much felt like going through the motions and the products recommended were always the new ones and not necessarily the best ones for me. S. O.I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Emily before Christmas. The counter and utensils used were very clean and COVID secure. Even though we were both wearing masks Emily made the experience very relaxing and was lovely. Good quality service and was given great assistance helping with my Christmas shopping too! Definitely recommend this service and will return once beauty treatments are allowed again.
