I had a deep tissue massage, express manicure and waxing and all was carried out professionally, by very welcoming staff. The venue is in central Brighton and is beautiful and relaxing. I thoroughly recommend.

I was bought a massage here as a gift — it's the first time I've ever had a massage and it was an extremely kind and thoughtful thing to do! I was made to feel very comfortable by Julie, my excellent masseuse, who was friendly and attentive. Nearly an hour later I felt extremely relaxed and thoroughly de-stressed. I need to go back next time I am in the area! :)

I booked in to Body & Soul as I had been having severe back pain which was disrupting my sleep, waking me at about 3am most mornings. I have to say that afterwards, although it took an hour to ease the locked muscles I came out a different person and it absolutely made my weekend. I feel a new person again. My back was tingling where the blood flow had, I assume, started to flow properly again. I would have no hesitation is recommending this place. Outstanding.

Body&Soul in Brighton is the place to go. I had a fantastic manicure and full body massage. I can honestly say I was completely at ease and Lucy looked after me and really listened to my needs. Beautiful interior too.
