Great experience at this small but highly professional salon. Great care and attention given to whatever treatment you have. I had eyebrow threading and tinting followed by a manicure and pedicure. Results were excellent! Best manicure and pedicure with gel finish hands and feet looked amazing. Very happy with colour and shape of eyebrows...not often the case in the past at other salons. Had lip fillers done by Fay yesterday and I am absolutely in love with them! She got me in at very short notice, explained the process and aftercare in great detail and made me feel very relaxed ensuring I was not uncomfortable throughout the treatment. The fillers look amazing and evenly distributed, with a little bit of swelling but thats expected and she gave me some great tips on how to manage the swelling/bruising I will most definitely be returning here for my future appointments given how friendly and professional the entire experience was. I recently visited the clinic for lip fillers with Fay. The clinic itself was lovely and clean, the procedure was explained to me clearly including all the risks associated and any issues I should look out for post procedure. Had lash lift done. I tried so many professionals before and I would be happy ,but I knew it could be done more neat ,tidy and even. In my experience I would get them over done or would not lift at all . One side be more lifted then other….. Always would walk out with dirty under eyes after tint. This time my experience was different. Lady was very confident and I felt she knew what to do. My lashes lifted evenly . And she cleaned nicely dark tint . Forgot to mention she was 1 st. person to ask how much I want to lift them !!!(others would not discuss before doing it). So this time I am satisfied with work. And will try other treatments with them.

Great eyebrows but…. I’ve been to this business a few times ( mostly because of Covid and I’ve always felt great after getting my eyebrows done there. That said I won’t be returning due to some unprofessionalism on their end. The few times I have been the service has been okay, except from the occasional bizarre/judgey comments about my eyebrows that have often left me uncomfortable. Then, recently I had to unexpectedly cancel an appointment ( they changed my original one first) after I had negatively reacted to new medication. I attempted to reschedule this appointment and for unknown reasons this was cancelled and then declined with no communication. It certainly feels like being silently punished for things that were out of my control and if this is the case an email would’ve sufficed.

I went to Fay to have lip filler for the first time. I’m so glad I went to Fay who was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. Fay explained the procedure to me (as it was my first time) and answered any questions I had. I could not recommend Brighton Beauty Bar more. I got both lip fillers and an eyebrow threading and I'm super happy with both. The filler procedure was affordable and Fay did such a good job, she did exactly what I wanted! She made sure that my lips looked plumper and had a better shape without making them look at all unnatural! And, I get my eyebrows done quite a bit but this is the first time I went to Fay, and the first time after a long time of not getting them done, and wow did she do a good job! The location was very clean and Fay was responsible with Covid regulations. Very professional and very nice woman. I recommended a friend go here for eyelash extensions as well and she was super happy with her results from those as well!!

Lovely place, friendly staff, efficient service. The woman who did my brows was very direct about my brow shape, which I appreciated. She did an amazing job of balancing out my brows. She also suggested that I try tinting them too and showed me (using eye shadow) how they would look tinted so I think I'll try that next time I go back. Would recommend. Good location, good prices, excellent results.

Very good brow shaping with attention to details, Thanks I was seen by Fay as a walk-in and received a wonderful service - I only had to wait 30 mins and when I sat down with Fay, I explained how I would like my brows to look and explained my concerns having had a bad experience elsewhere. She explained to me in detail what she would do today and that although it may take a couple of visits to get my ideal brow shape she could certainly make them look better than they did. And she really did! Fay tinted, threaded, waxed and plucked and I left there so pleased with the new shape and look of my eyebrows. She advised how I could encourage the eyebrows to grow thicker and I will definitely be returning for a follow-up to continue the quest for perfect eyebrows. Outstanding in every way! Fay is lovely. I had derma fillers for horrid smokers lines. My wrinkles were quite deep- Fay was honest and explained that the treatment would not completely remove the wrinkles but would really soften the area up. This treatment was one of the most painful for a client- Fay calmed me with her words throughout and gave me plenty of breaks. I cannot recommend enough- I’m booked in for Botox too. My Lip Filler with fay was not as uncomfortable as When I had it else where and in a very calm atmosphere. The Enlightenment was very intense and compotes I am very happy with the result and feel 10 years younger.

Got my brows tinted but had a patch test a few days before. The beautician explained why and how long it would last etc. She left mine on for a bit longer than the girl before as she wanted hers only lightly tinted but also I am black so the hairs needed to show up against my skin colour. I walked in on a whim and left with the most magnificent eyebrows I've ever possessed. The staff are helpful, attentive and welcoming. They saw me immediately. The woman who did my brows must be an actual goddess - it was quick and painless. I had been left patchy in areas by other threaders and she actually LANDSCAPED my brows to cover/maximise the hair in those areas.There might have been a mini brow massage but I can't remember, I was so blissed out. Cannot wait to explore their other treatments.

I have got very thin brows as it and I asked the old lady (not Faye) thrnot toead too much just enough to give them shape cause I am trying to grow them back. As it is I almost went out of there crying because half of my brows are gone. I didn't get charged for the threading only for the tint but so disappointed. I would probably give 5 stars for the pedicure because it was done professionally and very nicely. In result leaving it at 3 stars. If it were the same person that did my pedicure doing my eyebrows the results would have been much better.
