Visited their nail salon in March, was in Brighton for work, travelled from London. Called in to make an appointment, as well as confirm prices. Received a good service from a lovely lady. However, the service does not match prices, it’s overpriced and I realised this whilst having the pedicure. So I confirmed, and spoke to the manager and we came to a happy conclusion. They handled the miscommunication well, but need to rethink prices, people work very hard for their money, so please don’t bump them or be greedy. More than happy to pay for a service, but has to be worth it! Right? EDIT (response to feedback): There’s no rule book for when feedback should be given, I have taken out personal time to review your services, like I have with some other places earlier this year, so no need to be surprised! The treatment wasn’t explained to me over the phone, when I made the booking I thought I was going in for what I normally pay for. Giving fancy names to treatments can confuse the customer. Simply explain what they mean, especially as I informed the lady I was from London, and I’m getting a treatment done in Brighton for the very first time. So please use all Google reviews to improve your services, it’s very easy to use technology and respond to reviews without making any actual change :)

I’ve had my nails done here 3 times and always get acrylics with gel which are £39. This is at the more pricey end of acrylics in Brighton. My first set were fantastic. However, my infills snapped with a week. I had a fresh set 6 days ago and three have snapped off! Such a shame because the salon is lovely and as are the girls who do your nails. I won’t return due to the more expensive price for nails and them not even lasting a week.

I’ve been coming to the Nail Garden & Spa for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails! The girls are always so lovely and friendly and do such a brilliant job with my nails! Both Claudia and Ambra are so talented and do absolutely amazing nail art! I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

I love this little salon on Western Road, I have such a laugh when I go in, everyone is so talented, funny and kind. Always made to feel at ease and always leave extremely pleased.

Booked my appointment via treatwell on the same day. They moved my appointment 15 min earlier and informed via automatic email via treatwell. I’ve called and they told me to come anyway. On arrival all ladies were busy. Once I asked on the wait time they started my “deluxe treatment” in a waiting chair. I never had an experience of salon moving my time on the earlier slot and making me start the appointment in a waiting chair. Good nails overall, but really questionable service.

Had an acrylic infill with Sorina and I can say these were the best nails I've had in my entire life. Environment: - The salon was empty but it still felt very much alive and I was welcomed as soon as I came in - The place looked very clean and smelled great + the decorations are amazing Nails: - The shape of my nails were perfect! No crooked lines or anything, they all looked symmetrical which I loved. - She restarted painting the tip on one occasion as she messed up and did not try to cover it up by thickening the line which was much appreciated - The nails did not break even after a full month (I was careful with them obviously) but the green nail polish did chip (I did not expect it not to as it is on the tip so it's absolutely fine) - I was afraid for the diamonds to fall out but they stayed sturdy and stuck to the nails until the end - The nails were not different thicknesses which often happens and were all the same which looked great Experience: - Sorina took her time listening to what I wanted and even gave me a few ideas on what would work and what wouldn't (in terms of design and nail colour) - She was very careful with my nails (I often get hurt by other nail techs who are too rough) and made sure the tools didn't burn my fingernails - When I asked her about a certain design she told me what would be included in the price and what wouldn't (I often find myself paying a lot more than I thought I would in other places as some nail techs just agree to what you ask for without telling you how it will affect the price), she was very honest about it which I appreciated a lot. - Had a nice chat with her without having to have an awkward silence for 1h30 (my preference, some people prefer to stay quiet) - VERY BIG PLUS, she took extra time fixing a nail that was crooked (due to bad application from another nail tech at another salon and repetitive infill) and made sure it was perfect in the end (which she didn't have to do, but she chose to) - My nails took a little longer than anticipated and her next customer arrived, she did not however rush my manicure and took the time to finish it perfectly The only con I have would be that I had to quickly grab some cash at an ATM to pay after the nails were done as they do not take card (I was not made aware of that before the appointment, but maybe I missed it on the treatwell booking) Overall it was an amazing experience and I would give it more stars if I could. Great experience on my first visit. The salon is very clean and looks really pretty with all the floral decor. My acrylic nails looked perfect and lasted me very well, 3 weeks plus today and none of the nails broke or lifted. I would definitely be back and recommended to all my friends.

First time getting a manicure and loved the experience. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming even if there were some busy moments. Checked very frequently if I was happy with each step of my manicure and explained what was going on each step of the process (great as I am a total nail salon newbie), made sure I was comfortable too. Highly recommend. I have been lucky enough to have been going to see Claudia and her team since they opened. The service is fantastic. You are always made to feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Great coffee and tea and a lovely atmosphere. It's a small salon but its perfect for me. The staff are warm and friendly and the services are excellent. I love having my nails done, pedicure (my feet are dreadful but always come out looking lovely) eyelashes are fantastic and highly recommended and getting my eyebrows shaped and tinted makes me feel so confident. Affordable, friendly and professional. Over the last 3.5 years I have tried other local salons and have always gone back to Claudia and her team so they can fix the mess other salons have made of my nails. Lesson learnt! Try here first.

I always love coming here for a gel manicure and pedicure (£35 special offer on their website) whenever I'm in Brighton. The staff are all really friendly and funny, especially the nail technician from Moldova (I didn't catch her name) who did a brilliant job on my nails. It would have been nice to have been offered a drink, especially as it was so hot but otherwise I really enjoyed my treatment. Today I had my first appointment at this salon and I can safely say I will not be going anywhere else for my nails from now on. I love my new set of acrylics,the girl that did my nails was very professional.She was explaining everything she was doing,it was my first time getting sculpted acrylics,usually other places stick on tips,but I must say I much prefer them sculpted now. What an amazing nail bar! Walked in and was welcomed warmly and offered a bit drink, was made to feel very special which is always nice. I had shellac on natural nails and a couple of nail fixes by the most amazing and attentive nail technician - best my nails have ever looked! i went to this place with my mum and a friend and the three of us had mixtures of full manicures, full pedicures and one Acrylic nail application. The Manicures and pedicures (and the girls who did them) were fantastic, but to my disappointment the acrylic nails were a MESS! the lady doing them didn't speak any english so communicating what i wanted was very difficult. Some nails were short others were long, the shape wasn't consistent and i had to keep pointing out nails that were done badly (which in turn got on her nerves). She didn't clean my cuticles after filing them off, she used way too much acrylic powder and so my nails are really bulky and just messy, and even after asking for adjustments i've still had to come home and file my nails to fix them so they don't look a mess.

I’ve tried really hard with this place, kept coming back as they actually do great nails and waxing, but I just can’t justify it anymore: the time it takes out of your day is just not worth it! The appointment ‘system’ is totally haywire, they don’t have enough staff and take too many appointments. All the girls look harassed! Today I waited 45 mins after my appointment time with no sign of my treatment starting anytime soon and no apology. I am officially done!

I had the deluxe pedicure with OPI and a regular manicure with OPI. The pedicure was amazing and left my feet feeling so soft! It's day 3 and my Polish is still looking great (normally it would chip within a day). Very nice friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

This place is one of the best manicure and pedicure salons in Brighton. It's clean and the technicians really pay attention to detail. Both my manicurist-- Maja, and pedicurist-- Anate were meticulous and very systematic. The staff here is warm, welcoming and very hospitable. However, the only reason I've given this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because they nicked my cuticle during the manicure, which caused it to bleed quite a bit.

In the beginning it was a short wait but time to relax and enjoy the athmosphere. I got treated by two girl who both did an amazing job as well as holding an interesting and pleasant conversation. I learned alot of new things as well. The highlight of my appoinment was adding the colours to me acryllic nails, and they did have charts but were told to look online if I wanted something more personal. So I did and found a design that was very detailed and the lady who serviced me gladly heloed with a smile and drew it on by hand with perfection. I absolutely adore my new nails with my own chosen design and have already gotten friends interested in going. The personnel as well is pleasant and kind and know what theyre doing. You are VERY comfortably seated as well as the hygiene is better than in any places Ive seen. Highly recommend it.

Today was my first visit for a mani/pedi at Nail Garden. I found this location on Treatwell and after reading all the 5-stars and how clients raved about a nail technician named Claudia I decided to give it a try. The nail salon is classy, clean, nicely maintained and decorated, professionally ran, and a relaxing atmosphere. They also offered complimentary drinks (water, tea,cappuccino, etc) which I thought was pretty cool. After requesting Claudia I walked away refreshed with a teal manicure with silver fading glitter on the tips over a pretty nude colour.The choice of colours is amazing,i haven t seen anywhere else a salon with so many colours (there must of been over 400 colours to choose from).I really appreciated her honesty, openness, and attention to detail and exactly what I wanted!I will definitely be coming back!

I am giving three starts because I think it is a rip off, £30 and you don't even get the hard skin off your feet and my hands were done maybe in 10 minutes not cream one coat of nail varnish, my hands and feet were done I n Spain 3 weeks ago and it was in a big city , Valencia, which you expect to be expensive, for €18 my hands and my feet were done properly all the hard skin rubbed off, my feet felt like in a cloud, here you need to pay maybe £60 to have it done properly. There is a weird environment there like if there is not team work, more like a bitchy like atmosphere, the young lady who did my feet did her work well and I have nothing to complain about her, I am complaining about the owner's prices they prefer to have a nail studio empty than charging fair prices. I won't be visiting it again. Updating my review When I checked my nails at home I could see the lady didn't take the varnish off properly and some of my nails look terrible , m feet the next day were really dry and because the lady did only one coat you can't even notice something was done on my toe nails.

Last sunday I had done my nail extension in Nail Garden and Spa. The staffs are friendly and have good skills. However my thumbnail extension is broken after a week. Probably the gel layer is quite thin for my quite long nail length. Please consider the thickness. In total, I am really happy with the service and will visit this nail salon next time, definitely!

Hi had 3D Volume lashes done here,and they look great,it s been over 2 weeks now and they still looking full .The previous place i went to was awful,my lashes were completely messed up so i was desperate to find someone good.I was a bit nervous to try Nail Garden at first,their price for Volume lashes are a bit higher then other places,however now I understand i have paid for a great quality set of lashes and the right technician.For those that are looking to get lashes done here ,I highly recommend this salon,this is the place to go back and you will not be disappointed!

I had acrylic nails done by a lovely beautician, with french tips for £44. Cheaper than other places i’ve been too, and lovely quality. They were efficient, and quick and it was overall a lovely experience. Would definitely return!
