I had an excellent experience at the Clinic today. The administration is also very good including the booking procedure and flexibilty to make changes. I was immediately made to feel welcome and put at ease with everthing being clearly explained. Rita is a charming and a very experienced professional. Every clinic of this type should have a 'Rita'.

My appointment with Rita was great. She was friendly and relaxed from the start and made me comfortable with her assured and professional manner. Rita had great attention to detail during the treatment and through each part of the booking too from checking me in, choosing music and then aftercare, all undertaken with a great, reassuring personal tone that put me very much at ease. The treatment room was clean and pleasantly relaxing as well. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend all round.

Wonderful service. Lottie put me at ease from the word go. The leg wax was excellent, and I was impressed with the aftercare advice (which I confess I hadn't anticipated and would have otherwise had a swim and sauna the next day.) Lottie was approachable, friendly, and chatty without being imposing. I was just very impressed with it and will certainly be back.

I've helped with the design of the salon but have also a been a regular client. The therapists are extremely good every time I've been and are given regular training for the new products on offer. It's very convenient to get to and park. The online booking system makes it easy to organise when the salon is closed. I hope people find it a pleasing interior. It's fresh and relaxing.

Daisy had her ears pierced by Rosana, it could not have gone better. The ladies at the salon made her feel very special and looked after her so well. Rosana is very experienced and you feel in capable hands. 100% recommend this service. Lots of information about after care and also that any problems we could go back. Its been a couple of days now and Daisy's ears look amazing. Thank you.

My husband offered to treat me to a manicure just before Christmas. I called into the studio on the off chance they could fit me in at short notice. I am pleased to say they were able to accommodate me and I enjoyed the experience immensely. The salon has a very welcoming, relaxed atmosphere and staff are very friendly.

Very courteous and professional service. I left with the impression that Sarah was very knowledgeable in her understanding of dealing with the repiercing of earlobes, following surgical repairs of said earlobes (mine) that had become split. Very reassuring. Also I was not kept waiting. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed an amazing 1.5 hour facial yesterday with Andi...I think and hope that's her correct name. I suffer from awful skin, as I have Icthyosis so it's very dry and discoloured no matter what I do to hydrate it. Andi used sound waves to literally push moisture into my skin and it worked!!! I'm thrilled with my skin appearance, facially at least, today and that's rare for me. Andi explained every step of treatment to me, which I love and the hydrating mask was absolutely divine. This was so much more than a facial, I had Reiki as well and fab massage on my problematic neck and base of skull. I've now booked another facial, an hour long body massage and arranged to get my eyebrows shaped and tinted. Yes, you could probably get this cheaper but you'll have a job beating their quality, products, knowledge (I've had numerous facials and massages, this is the 1st time in over 60 years someone actually had prior knowledge of my condition) and standards of hygiene. Definitely recommend.

I came in today with my daughter to get her ears pierced. Rita was so attentive, talked my daughter through everything step by step and made her feel so comfortable. Afterwards we were greeted by other members of staff who also made my daughter feel so special and were so kind to her. She had an amazing day and experience and one I am sure to remember for the rest of her life!

So glad I found this salon! I first came to this salon in January and I've been back many times since. The staff are all so good at their jobs and so friendly that it is a no-brainer for me if I am thinking about any skin related issues. From the basic maintenance jobs like getting my unruly eyebrows into shape (thanks Rita!) to a massage or a spot of electrolysis, I know I'm in safe hands. I've also had some advanced cosmetic procedures from Sarah - including a blood spot removed, hyperplasia issues addressed, pigmentation dealt with via the plasma pen - expertly done and actually really good value. (NB: If google allowed more than 1 review per customer for the same business I would have complemented them more often - this is an updated edit to my first review!)

I was nervous and embarrassed about needing electrolysis, Rita has now treated me on 5 occasions, I have been put totally at ease and never felt uncomfortable attending my sessions. I came in for a Caci facial with Rita and was absolutely thrilled with the treatment. Rita is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I felt very much at ease from the moment I arrived. The Caci facials are interesting because although there is a mild electric stimulation that at times can be... well... odd, you can feel your facial muscles relaxing so it is still very pleasant and I left feeling great. My skin has felt beautiful all day and I've caught a look in the mirror more than once and thought, "Wow- that facial really worked!". I will definitely book in again. I should have started doing this regularly starting years ago!

Rita was fantastic during my skin analysis. Through Rita's advice I changed my previous cleanser and toner and purchased an Environ Cleanser and Environ Toner from the Salon. I cannot believe the difference in my skin. It seemed to work almost immediately! I have to keep feeling my face just to check if any of the dryness has returned. So far so good.
