Where do I start... Paola is amazing. I absolutely love my eyelash extensions and get so many compliments about them. They feel soft and fluttery and look so natural too. Paola is a real perfectionist but gets the job done (infills 1 hour) which is great as most of us are busy people. They last 3-4 weeks and very good value. I have had my lashes done with many different technicians and they were never as good as how Paola does them. You do have to book ahead though as she gets extremely busy which is a reflection of how talented she is. Saying this though she would do her utmost to fit Clients in and I know works very long hours to meet the needs of her loyal clientele. To top it off Paola is a really lovely person with not a nasty bone in her body. She makes you feel very relaxed in her lovely room ...thank you Paola xx

Highly recommend!!! Have been getting my lashes done here for over a year now and have not thought of going anywhere else absolutely love them and always get compliments about them! Paola is so lovely and love visiting her every month she always takes great care of me and makes my eyelashes beautiful again!!

I have been going to Paola every three weeks for about 2 years and would have no hesitation in recommending her to prospective clients. She really is amazing at eyelash extensions and I am often complemented on how natural and lovely they look. Paola always tries her best to accommodate you with appointments and is extremely welcoming. Her treatment room is lovely and I always look forward to our catch ups. I was extremely shocked to read the negative review on here as this feedback is a million miles away from any I would give -maybe they got the wrong person! I've had my lashes done in numerous places and have certainly found my place to stay. Paola is an amazing technician, the lashes always look gorgeous and professional whilst still seemingly natural. They have lasted much longer than the usual 2 week infill recommendation, moslty lasting past the 3/4 week mark! Paola herself is such a sweetie, she puts you at ease instantly and for these reasons I will come back time and time again. Can't recommend enough - have the best, by the best.

I have been coming to Paola for over a year now. Before coming to her I had used two technicians whom I thought were great, I moved to the area and was nervous to try someone different. However she is possible the best lash lady I’ve ever had! My lashes always look flawless and I get numerous comments on them! She’s brilliant! With previous techs I lasted about 2 weeks before having maintenance, now I manage a minimum of three because of a flawless work! The environment is relaxed and we chat a way while she does them it’s a really relaxing experience! Highly recommended! :-)

I have been a client of Paola’s for 2 years. She is the best at eyelashes and I always get lots of compliments. They look so natural and last the month. I only have to see her once a month for an infill which is a shame because I like going to see her, she makes me feel calm and relaxed and we always have loads to talk about. Two years ago, After trialing about 5 different eyelash therapists around the Brighton and hove area, I eventually found Paola and have never looked back! Paola is lovely and her work is amazing, so many people can do eyelashes but not to the standard that she does. She is always happy and chatty but pays real attention to the work that she does. She is always busy (which is a great sign) so if you miss an appointment then sometimes you do have to wait a little while, but I’ve learnt that the trick is to stick with the appointments! Paola always tells me well in advance if she has a holiday booked so that we can plan around it. I would be completely lost without her doing my eyelashes and dread her ever wanting to stop. The price is amazing, the quality of lashes used is the best and most natural you could imagine and Paola is the loveliest person! So... what can I say.. just an overall enjoyable experience when I visited Paola, what a warm and friendly woman. These lashes.... I keep looking in the mirror and saying WOW! They are exactly what I wanted. I have had lashes previously(which I paid waaaay more for) but they never looked right, very short and a bit all over the place, no one even knew i had lash extensions. These ones now are thick and long and just overall fabulous! Can't thank Paola enough!

I have been having my eyelash extensions done by Paola for around 2 years, in that time I have also had spray tans and my nails done. I would and do recommend Therapy Room 55 to everyone! I am always 100% happy with the treatments I have, and trust the advice given from lash length to tan colour. Paola has a great knowledge of the products she uses and what will be best for each individual. The room itself is very welcoming and comfortable, the location is easy to get to and there is free parking outside. :)

I cannot praise Paola and Treatment Room 55 enough!! I have been seeing her for eyelash extensions for a number of years now. I am not the girliest person ever and have never been into make-up so when a friend suggested eyelash extensions all i envisaged was those hideous stick on things you can buy but the reality was so very different. When we met we talked about my lifestyle, the look i hoped to achieve and the size of my eyes as this would determine the best length suited to me. A very relaxing hour later my first full set was in and i was absolutely amazed, what a transformation they had made. My confidence soared and i felt fantastic. Many of my friends and colleagues have commented on how natural and real they look. I don't think i will ever look back and i would recommend her a thousand times over! Infact many of the guests at my wedding are having her lashes put in too!! Treatment room 55 & Paola is superb !!! Thank you for your excellent and very professional service everytime. xx
