Absolutely love Aura Retreat, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Debbie is absolutely lush and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. I have had serval spray tans and they’re always such a lush colour.

I booked a Princess Party for my Daughter. She was turning 11. Sal and Deb made them all feel special and grown up. It was such a brilliant afternoon, the girls loved it and I would highly recommend to anyone. I’m thinking of going back with my friends 😊

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Aura retreat. We did a couple's package with an hour treatment each (I went for back, shoulder, neck and foot massage), afternoon tea with fizz (which was bloody lovely) and had full use of our own private room with sun loungers and the jacuzzi too! Deb couldn't have been more accommodating if she tried. Thank you so much, we'll see you soon ☺️

I cannot rate Aura Retreat highly enough. I just had a wonderful spray tan with Debbie, she really is the best and my tan is always wonderful for my holidays. But my visits are about more than just the treatment. The salon is so welcoming and relaxing and the beautiful relaxation room has stunning country views. Mix all that with Debbie's fantastic chatty conversation and it all adds up to a highly mood boosting experience.

This place is very special, if you are looking for the whole relaxing experience rather than a normal salon/massage/treatment then you've come to the right place. It's so chilled with beautiful views and the staff can't do enough to make you feel comfortable and at home. Fantastic welcome, advice and treatment today from Debbie. She knew exactly what I was after, talked me through the process and so happy with the result. My brows and eyelashes now look amazing!

I had advanced waxing with Debbie and it was super quick and easy. Very welcoming environment and stunning location! Will definitely be coming back and can’t recommend this place enough.

My daughter and her friends had a pamper afternoon for her 9th birthday at Aura Retreat. Debbie and her team were fantastic and the girls had a amazing time! They enjoyed the hot tube whilst drinking pink lemonade! And having their hair curled and braided with glitter hairspray. The girls loved having gel nails on their toes. Beryl the dog added entertainment the girls loved her. The whole experience was magical and every little girls dream to be treated like a princess and be pampered.

Over the past week Aura retreat has completed 1 manicure and 2 sets of acrylics for my children, 2 sets of acrylics, a pedicure and a couples massage for me and my bridesmaid. They could not do enough for us and even fixed my daughters broken nail before the big day. I don't think they could have made my day anymore special and a special thanks to Deb and Courtney for being amazing and making everything perfect you went above and beyond for me and I can never thank you all enough xxx

We had a great time on the spa retreat. Hot tub, pedicure, eyelash and eyebrow tint, bubbles, cups of tea and an amazing lunch with sweets and fruit. You couldn’t ask for better service or more attention to detail! The staff are amazing and so friendly and we will definitely be back

Fabulous service, very professional and safe/hygienic environment regarding current situation. Salon designed so fresh air flows freely throughout when patio doors and windows are opened fully. Almost feels like you're outside. Had my nails done today by Erin. She did a wonderful job. Can't wait to go back for lashes and brows when permitted to do so. Highly recommended 😃

Wonderful retreat out in the beautiful Frome Valley countryside. I went for my first visit today and I was very impressed. There is a lovely reception and waiting area with amazing views over the valley. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I had my first treatment with Debbie and found her to be kind, extremely experienced and professional. Her conversation was empowering too, which made me think she would be someone I would happily book my teenage daughter in to see when the time comes.

Have been visiting Aura since it opened. Fantastic place to relax and be pampered. Holiday hair done today by Denise on her first day. Absolutely delighted with the results have got exactly the perfect colour and cut that I was after with a lovely zingy bounce. I wanted somewhere REALLY SPECIAL for my Daughter's 10th Birthday and friends of mine suggested Aura Retreat (as they had previously arranged a pamper party for their daughter there not so long ago). It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Debbie went above and beyond to ensure the girls had the best time ever and they were all given VIP treatment by Chloe and Lois - who's interaction with the girls was top class! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aura Retreat!... and not just for pamper party's. It's a great place to retreat to, set in beautiful surroundings and offering everything you need. What a fantastic place! Breathtaking views and a very familiar environment you can't really ask for more. I've met the owner who made us feel very welcome and showed us the fantastically decorated facilities and shared her plans to expand. The plans sound superb. I was really impressed with how everyone was so friendly, great working atmosphere, customers seem to feel this as they chat between them. A lovely coffee is always at your fingertips, staff making you sure you are ok. And the hairdresser Ross.. I have been his client for years and would follow him anywhere. His work is amazing, my partner and I often get questioned where we do our hair. He goes out of his way to make people happy and, as I have seen so many times, puts himself at disadvantage to help others. My last comment is to say that I only recommend this place to nice people as both the owner and the staff were absolutely fantastic!!!
