Brown Bums is an independent, family run salon. The staff are lovely, so polite and knowledgable. The salon is always gleaming, it’s fresh, clean and the beds are regularly serviced and tubes changed. They interact with customers by running raffles and other fun games where we can win bottles of cream. You can tell they value each and every customer that walks through the door. It feels like home from home. I highly recommend this salon in Kingswood.

I have been going for 2 years now. Personally I’ve been to a few sunbed shops before going to Brown Bums and I would not go anywhere other than Brown Bums now, there beds are amazing, they have a variety of music to listen too for good vibes while sunning yourself. Staff: They are so friendly and professional. Always helpful any time I ask for any advice, they have a wide range of knowledge and can tell you anything you need to know and always ready to attend your needs. Cleanliness: Always smells lovely, immaculate floors, lovely decor, tidy and clean every time I have been there. Fun: They involve customers in raffles in which you can win prizes. I won a cream worth £50/£60 for buying two tickets worth £1- sooo worth getting involved when you have the opportunity! They give out complimentary sweets on arrival. Literally rate this place soooo much!! The customer service is outstanding!!

Great customer service ! It was my first time on a sun bed and he was brilliant showed me around informed me how the different sun beds work. He advised me how many minutes to do and not only did he inform me what cream was the best on the market he helped me choose one that was the best for me. Honestly a 10/10 definitely reccomend and will be going back :)
