S. O.Have had a course of ten sessions in the wellbeing pod and the results are brilliant. I have a problem with my lower back and numbness in my legs which I am on pain medication and physio for and have been for some years. A 30 minute session in the pod has made such a difference to me. It has helped immensely with the back pain and also helps you feel completely relaxed. The combination of heat and vibration is amazing. The owner is warm and welcoming whilst also being knowledgable and professional. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend. 10/10. Toning tables booked now

B.I have spinal stenosis and fibromyalgia I was due to have another spinal operation with COVID my operation had been cancelled on multiple occasions I then decided that I did not want another operation so I decided to start using the toning tables to build my muscles up and I also started having Chiro I am now able to go for walks which I could not do before my chiro practitioner believes that I will not have to have the operation with his treatments and using the toning machines
j. s.This is a really great place to go I love it every time I go I no I'm going to come out of their feeling happy with having a great tone up & plenty of laughs, I never laughed so much with people I didn't no, there all very friendly & yasmin the manager I'd so helpful & makes you feel so welcome, I travel from southmead to stockwood twice a week & I can tell you it's well worth it 😍
A. M.Am still a newbie but have been made to feel welcome from the start. The tables are working their wonders and I ache in places I didn't know I could. If you're after some good exercise without the stress, and in a friendly atmosphere then this is the place to go. I would highly recommend it.
T. B.Just used the wellbeing pod for the second time today and the results are amazing,I have a problem with a dropped shoulder which I have been having treatment for which now is over a year. I still need pain killers to help with the pain when I've over done it, put a 30 minute season in the pod and I'm pain free and totally relaxed . This well be a regular treatment therapy for the future.
