I’ve been coming to icon beauty for 9 years now and its safe to say I shall never go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. Lucy and her team are so warm and welcoming, friendly and so incredibly professional, providing a relaxing place for me to unwind a couple of times a month. I've visited Lucy since she first opened 13 years ago; for pedicures throughout the summer and manicures periodically. I had my first gel manicure just before Christmas and it's been a revelation - they last 4-5 weeks without a chip or me being precious with my nails! I can't recommend Lucy or her lovely team highly enough - thank you for being there and providing such an excellent service that only uses top quality products.

I have been going to Icon since it opened, I have no desire to visit a different salon. Here I get 100% client centre pampering, it is ran with a perfectionist mindset, which in turn gives me the client, total indulgence in my treatments. I was a little nervous as I have anxiety and going somewhere new for a wax is pretty nerve wracking, but Lucy was super kind and made me feel at ease straight away. This was my first visit to a beauty salon. I was booked in with the lovely Gkreta and she made me feel really at ease. While the waxing was a little painful, it really wasn't as bad as I thought and she did a lovely job. She also did some eyebrow threading and tint - looked darker in the daylight than in the salon but actually suits me very well. Very neat, friendly, professional. Would highly recommend.

This beauty salon is so good it's hard to get an appointment when it's seasonal (Xmas,Easter, begining of summer) times, they are very professional,the prices are reasonable but worth the money, I have had 11 years of good service.
