N.So professional and welcoming. Had extensions put in, as my hair was very fine, and they made me feel so much more confident. Had them done a year ago here but decided to go elsewhere last time (due to cost) but never again will I go anywhere else as my hair literally snapped off. Came back to Lucinda Ellery and feel good again. Would recommend it without hesitation. Dominique really lovely too.

The service I receive is personal, professional and friendly. Marika is attentive to my personal needs (I have alopecia and patches of thick curly dark hair that has a mind of its own!) Over this time I have built up a great relationship with the team and feel really comfortable approaching them with any issue I may have.

ALL the staff are fantastic, always attentive and sensitive to my needs. An appointment at the salon is always a relaxing, fun chilled event. I always feel uplifted and glamours when I leave the salon, thanks in particular to Emily and my stylist Danni you are both amazing. The team is led by Marika whose answer to any questions or concerns is "no worries we will sort it" Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure the appointment is relaxed and the outcome perfect.
