I had my hair and make up trial with Maria a few months before my wedding and she instantly understood what I wanted and did it perfectly. She then came to my hotel and did it on the big day and again, it was perfect. Maria is extremely talented and professional and I was so happy with my hair and make up, I was getting compliments all day. It also stayed put & looked great in photos. I can't thank Maria and Charlotte enough for looking after my bridal party and me so well. Maria and her team are the BEST. They did my wedding makeup as well as my bridesmaids and my mother and mother in law all weekend (3 days with 3 events) and everyone absolutely LOVED their makeup. We all got so many compliments and it really did last the whole evening without having to do touchups besides lipstick. They were very professional and made the morning so fun. I booked Maria and her team of MUA’s/stylists for my wedding at The Sandy Cove Hotel last August and was so glad I did. The service delivered was excellent and very professional. Maria did my wedding hair and make-up at Thornbury Castle. She did an absolutely fantastic job and made me feel amazing on the day. I stupidly managed to burn my face on new straighteners the day before the wedding which sent me into a complete panic. I booked Maria as my hair and makeup artist for my wedding at Mercure The Grange Hotel Bristol last month. I went for my trial in February and I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, as I hadn’t met her before. Though I was pretty sure she would do a decent job given the rave reviews I had seen when looking for a MUA. Well, she did not disappoint! Maria is amazing. She is exceptionally talented and is incredibly skilled in her work, as well as being a genuinely kind, funny person who is easy to talk to. She has such an impressive eye for detail and was very patient and took great care to ensure to achieve the look I wanted. She is extremely professional and it is clear that she takes pride in her work and really cares about her clients. I went to Maria before my wedding to get my eyebrows done (HD brows). Just as with the rest of her work, Maria is also brilliant at doing eyebrows! It was my first time getting them done and I am in love with them! I couldn’t stop looking at them in the mirror afterwards. I got them done specifically for the wedding, but I love them so much that I am going to go back to Maria regularly to get them done from now on! On my wedding day, Maria did hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaid and my mum. She was very organised and really helped my nerves by being her usual bubbly self! My mum and bridesmaid both looked beautiful, and were both so pleased with their hair and makeup. My makeup was exactly how I wanted it. I got lots of compliments and it stayed put all day! And she managed to make my hair look lovely despite it being very fine. Thank you so much Maria, you really made me look and feel my best on my special day, and I am so grateful! X
